Is this conditioner CG? Ive read the guides etc and I think it is, but just wanted to double check. Thanks in advance.

This is the stuff I use, and was recommended by r/curlyhair

I only wash my daughter who has fine curly hair with conditioner everyday. About once every other week I wash her hair with a clarifying shampoo or if I use product like hairspray for an updo.

The clarifying shampoo removes any build up she may have in her hair. The conditioner cleanses and moisturizes the hair. After clarifying and conditioning she has bouncy curly hair. I have been doing this for 2 years and everyone always comments on her beautiful curls.

Coping from a comment I made last week. The gel below might be a little sticky. His hair should look good if you only wash with conditioner everyday and skip the gel. Hope this helps.

Every day we take a shower to get her hair wet and we wash only with TRESemmé Botanique Conditioner. While the conditioner is in we brush with a Wet Brush. Then I give it a good rinse. Once I squeeze out the water I add Not Your Mother's Curl Talk Curl Styling Gel .

Then every 7 to 14 days we wash with a clarifying shampoo to get any build up out of her hair.

Because she is three she doesn’t like to stand around and have her hair played with. This seems to be the most pain free process to get her curls looking great.
