is that the real Trezor Store on Amazon US? Seeing reviews of people talking about hacks and firmware already installed.
bought mine at amazon, quickest and cheapest i think heres a link for anyone interested - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00R6MKDDE/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=6738&creativeASIN=B00R6MKDDE&linkCode=as2&tag=mustiiaffilia-21&linkId=290b6f6caab7209f9bd487b02cf3a041
I ordered my Trezor from this seller on amazon-https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00R6MKDDE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
All I want is piece of mind for my OMG coins and I just read how people can place a chip in these things or something that steals your coins!
Hardware wallet is the safest if you can keep it handy otherwise desktop wallets are the best choice. Both of these wallets have a recovery phrase that can recover your wallet if you lose the password somehow.
Trezor for example doesn't let the private keys outside the hardware device and their source code is open source so anyone can verify its security credentials.
is the one i use, i got it for 100$ though, not the extraordinary price of 17000 that is being quoted in India.
I have an aunt there who will return in 5 months. She could get it for me :)
I have both the Ledger Nano S and the Trezor. I can strongly endorse the Trezor in terms of ease of use/chrome integration, Clarity of instructions and overall sense of security and privacy. To me, the Ledger is a little wonky with it's standalone app manager and slight difficulty of adding a passphrase to your address compared to Trezor. Not to mention Trezor's strong presence in the bitcoin community and dedication to security by hiring the notable white hat hacker Johoe to test their systems.
They have a link to their Amazon listing on their homepage
sure, business hours in what time zone? my seed has been with me the entire time, hidden. Is there a way for speedy communication? you can understand that I'm sweating bullets right now. I haven't wiped my device, i was going to try reversing the firmware to see if that works. would that delete the xpub?
i bought the device from this vendor. it was fullfilled by in-ear-com
You can still buy one at a crazy premium on Amazon if you care to ;)
Nuts, though; when I picked up my TREZOR on Amazon this past December, the black one was selling at a $10 or $20 premium. Now you're paying almost half retail price for the color of the ABS!

This is Trezor’s official store on Amazon. The link from their website gets you here so you know it’s secure.
40$ on Amazon for a Trezor, best investment you can make if your serious about buying cryptos.
>1- Do you use a Trezor One or Trezor T?
>
>2-Do you use a passphrase? (If not, this might be a case of weak keys generated by Trezor)

>3- Did you recently update your firmware before this happened, or are you using the newest firmware version? Do you know what firmware version you last used before the issues?

>6- Did you EVER input your seed into a digital device even if temporary? Or have a digital back up of your seed?

>7- Did you install the firmware from Trezor after you received the device or just keep the firmware that came with it when generating your seed?

>8- Did you get your seed from the Trezor screen or computer screen?
Definitely, I'd like to know too.

If you're planning on investing, definitely get a hardware wallet. Yes, they cost money but it's worth it for the security. Trezor seems to be the best hardware wallet that I've found and it's currently $78 on Amazon (which is a pretty good deal). The other popular hardware wallets include the KeepKey (Amazon link) and Ledger Nano S (Amazon link). Check out /r/TREZOR to learn more about the Trezor wallet.
Trezor One is now $54.95 on Amazon (US Store)

I bought one via Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R6MKDDE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_aTReDbKTX9AQY
Details state it is brand new and sealed. I'm not messing with it unless it's legit.
It looks like its sold by Trezor themselves though?

I was pretty sure I got mine from Satoshi Labs when I bought it on Amazon awhile back, now Im not so sure.
I think purchasing them through cash app, then sending them to your trezor wallet would be the easiest and most cost effective way to do it. Trezor is what's known as a hardware wallet. Hardware wallets are one of the most secure ways to store your coins.
Trezor wallet:

you can buy directly from there amazon account too
you can buy directly from there amazon account too
Would this be safe to buy? It is sold by Trezor on Amazon.
So this is the Trezor's own site: https://shop.trezor.io/?h=676f6f676c652e636f6d
And this is the hyperlink it directs us to if we choose "Available in Amazon": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R6MKDDE/ref=twister_B07GY1V1LC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It says "by Trezor" but I really am not an Amazon expert so cannot say for sure if it is "The Trezor". That being said I find it hard to believe that Trezor would link from their own site for a 3rd party seller.

I wish we had a developer from the company to comment on this and clarify what is going on.
Interesting. I'm seeing Trezor Black, $72; Trezor White, $72.
Here's the link for the Black: https://www.amazon.com/Trezor-bitcoin-wallet-Black/dp/B00R6MKDDE/

>I haven't seen these available recently, now they seem to be available all over Amazon and elsewhere. What I would like to know: Is this some kind of old model that will replaced with something that is about to be released? Is this able to support the new things that I am reading about like SegWit or Lightning or something else? How would I move my Bitcoin from my Electrum to the new Trezor and not pay a high fee to move it all?
>*Thank you all for taking the time to help people like me, you really do help move bitcoin forward!

>Currently using blockchain.info/wallet and thinking if buying a physical wallet. My only worry is what if the hardware fails. I'm looking to buy the Trezor. Amazon has glowing reviews, I want to ask users here how accurate are they and any feedback on the Trezor.
This is risky. You have to understand the tech and it's implications.
Get a Trezor.

Just do it, already. You know you want to.
is Amazon a safe way to buy one?
Coinbase's Main Wallet is insured if someone hacks them but not if you personally get hacked or phished. If you are going to store on Coinbase, use the Vault because they are time locked for 48hrs which adds an extra layer of security.
That being said, you shouldn't keep your coins on Coinbase because they could freeze your coins at will. Buy a trezor or use paper wallets.

I recommend buying a Trezor. Its a small device to store your bitcoin securely with jumping through hoops.
