The TV would work best against that olive wall in that first picture since the outlets make it a perfect central point for a console station. I would choose a console that is low, cottagey, and organic to complement the exposed wood rafters and make the more vintage-cut farmhouse pieces like the built-in and brickwork stand out, while still bringing a more subtle emphasis to the modern electronics. The console can be midcentury-accented, rustic bark, and white to fade it more into the background, but a dark teal can also bring a splash of color into the room against the olive. Pick out a rug that contrasts the floor tiles and works in contrast with what color console you choose. Pick couches and furniture that aren't too baggy and can last a long time.
One thing that hasn't been said yet is the backyard door. The style doesn't exactly match the tone of the living room. If possible, replace it with an exterior sliding French door with hidden mechanism (another e.g. but with exposed mechanism) or bifolding doors. This would also modernize the space, but maintain the farmhouse chic look of it. Pella is a great vendor for this.
