Oooh, my bad, I didn't mention it was a PDU not just a server/switch.
It's an 18 port PDU is why I'm so concerned.

We ordered this UPS for it

and we're supposed to order another one but that hasn't happened yet so in an unnecessary event, one of the cords ends was cut off and had planned to be replaced with an L5-20P end.
My plan was 2 UPS's with 2 L6-30R's for 2 PDU's with 2 power cables, one to each UPS.
Our old UPS's have L5-20R connectors.
As for the though experiment, I'm gunna guess no? But I honestly do not know much about electricity. Really, it tries to kill me, I don't think it wants to be my friend.
