Those look interesting. Was hoping for something a bit cheaper.

I found these. Although not tool-less, they dont require cage nuts because they have threaded holes.

If you don't have a more recent UPS and/or can not find what rails are supposed to be used with it you could always grab a universal, adjustable, shelf/rails such as these to hold the weight of the UPS. UPS's CAN NOT BE EAR MOUNTED!!!!
