edit at the top here - What is the exact model and SKU of that hotspot/jetpack? a MiFi 8800L ? What I am seeing so far is that the jacks are labeled as "test ports" in the manual I saw online. Do you know for sure that external antennas will work? I'll look around some and see what I find.

I would get something like pigtail connectors make sure the connectors are the size you need

You can find cheaper ones, but don't go with the cheapest as they might be junk.

I tried the same style like you show, probably the same ones. There are cheap and the ts9 side is not the same as a real ts9 connector. Mine looked the same they would be very loose in the jack, I was worried about messing it up!

I use pigtails style ones now when using a netgear M1-1100 with car antennas, but mine are ts9 to sma male.I do not see the seller I bought from anymore on amazon - sorry.
