As for the TP... How great that the two of you have such perfect poos that you only need 6 squares to clean up. Some people have stomach issues and tar sh!ts and need rather more to deal with the situation. Ask him to chip in some more money towards tp and ask him to remember to refill the when he runs it out.

I have a Tub Shroom. It does catch hair and soap scum but it’s really disgusting cleaning it off. However it indeed works as advertised. I’ve had it for years now and it’s still like new; not wearing away. Prior to this I kept buying small drain screens from the dollar store; they come with a small one for the tub or bathroom sink) and a large one (for kitchen sink). Caught everything and easy to toss out when full and cheap to replace. But I felt bad with the waste I created when I could use something that was reusable. So I just deal with the slimy gross of the Tub Shroom once every month or two and move on with my life.

Da finde ich den TubShroom besser als ein flaches Sieb. Musste meinen etwas zurechtschneiden, da bei mir der Abfluss nicht so tief ist wie in den Bildern, aber der fängt zuverlässig alle Haare und lässt sich leicht auch wieder davon befreien. Da er sich von unten nach oben zusetzt ist der auch nicht nach jeder Dusche komplett zu.

Not really a tool, but something that will save you hundreds of dollars. I used to clog my bathtub drain with my hair after EVERY shower, but since I’ve started to use this, it’s never happened again!!!
I bought one a year ago for the tub in my bathroom and it works like a fucking dream. 15 bucks on amazon and catches every single piece of hair. Super easy to clean out too and my drains never clog any more.
Recently had a drain go super slow, used a cheap plastic drain snake to get most of the hair/soap scum. Followed by this method and it's flowing perfectly. I would also hiiiiighly recommend a TubShroom (amazon), replaces the normal drain in your tub but keeps all the junk in an easy to get to place.
I bought a tub shroom specifically for my girlfriend's hair. Every day I have to hose out all of the clumped up hair.

I use this one. It's pretty pricey for a piece of plastic but really easy to clean out after and well worth it IMO.
