I just put in one of these:

My only complaints are about the fans:
1) The grille on one of the fans was a little warped causing it to contact the blade. Removed the grille, gave it a quick snip in the offending area, and reinstalled. No more contact. No more scraping sound.
2) The preinstalled fans are loud. This is too be expected. They're basic fans that came preinstalled in an inexpensive rack. They're wired to a 3-prong plug and that's it. What do you expect? This would be fine in a server closet, but is a bit annoying in my home office. They don't have an sort of sensors to control speed, so they either run full blast (when plugged in) or not at all (when unplugged).
I'm going to be looking for some quieter fans to put in for the long term, but at the moment I'm just keeping an eye on temperatures and using a smart outlet to power on/off as needed. Temperatures seem fine without running them anyway. Only my Raspberry Pi on the top shelf seems to notice a difference ranging from ~38-40 C (with fans) or ~52 C (without fans).
It took me a while to find it, but here it is. TUFFIOM 12U Casters Network... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JB9YCJF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It’s still pretty cheap at $149 right now, but I think when I bought it a couple months ago I paid $130. It’s a really great price for what you get. I was a little worried it’d be cheap Chinese crap (it is made/shipped from China), but it arrived very well packaged on its own little pallet. It is also really sturdy and well made.
One thing to note is that it comes with 2 hard wired 120vac fans in the top of the enclosure. There is no switch or anything for them, and they are LOUD. Too loud for me, so I simply removed them. The stuff I have in there gets enough airflow that I don’t need fans.
If you are not needing a deep rack, then there is plenty available on Amazon for a decent price.

The second has an option for 12u, yes it says " wall cabinet" but can easily be set on the floor. The first link comes with wheels as well.
Why not just have a small rack you can slide around independently under any regular desk? You don't want to move the whole desk around to change cabling on something do you?

They're pretty basic fans that were included with the rack. Here's the rack for reference:

I actually contacted the seller about the fans because they made a loud grinding sound initially. This was because the safety grill on one of the fans was warped, causing it to make contact with the blades when they spin.
They sent this video as a response, which had nothing to do with the actual issue I reported.
This will give you an idea what fans came pre-installed. I'm pretty sure the wiring color in the video is wrong (the loop should on the green for ground, not the white, right?), but mine seems to be wired ok.
Ultimately I solved the grinding problem be snipping off the small section of the grill that was causing the issue.
I'm fine with replacing the fans with something quieter. I just need to figure out what exactly. They're not easy to get to while my network is running so I can't uninstall them at the moment, but the screws on top of the rack measure about 4.25" center to center so I'm guessing these are supposed to be 120mm fans.
Since the fans are external relative to any of the equipment in the rack, I probably can't easily use standard 3-pin or 4-pin fans unless I find some sort of controller that powers from an outlet or USB port.
