It's still better than some I've seen.
However, also problematic with this listing (and I hate to think what's in the rest of the listing):
"N4000". Is that a model number? Or an attempt to pretend 4000Mbps throughput (as shysters selling WiFI hardware are prone to do, adding up the throughput of all the bands that you can't possibly use all of at once).
Two USB host ports. This one is on the cusp. It's a legitimate option (sometimes) for more power, and it does look like it's got a pretty long cable so voltage drop will be a problem. But it never goes well.
36dBi. Ignoring that they probably mean 36dBm because that sure as shit can't be a 36dBi gain antenna in that form factor (although who really knows what's going on here), that's 4 Watts unless I'm mistaken (probably goes some way to explaining the two USB ports). Likely going to be WAAAAAY over EIRP limits for, well, everywhere.
Sounds like a great way to get a door-knock from the FCC (or local equivalent) to me, assuming it works.
Honestly about the only thing I believe from the listing is "CHOKING HAZARD -- Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs".
If you live in an apartment or condo, you can sometimes pickup wifi from a clubhouse. And there are antennas available on Amazon for picking up weak wifi signals.
