I have a Turtle Beach PX22 headset they work and and sound great and I have the original box with all accessories. They look in great shape however they have been used for probably 2 years.
Thanks
I am using this volume control box http://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Beach-Universal-Amplified-Playstation-3/dp/B00BDS415I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1464726605&sr=8-1&keywords=turtle+beach+px22 because I can control chat and game volume separately and it will plug into my xonar dx sound card. Only issue is that the mic will not work on the hyperx headset. And no it does not have a separate mic and audio jack.
Sorry i don't think it is called a mix amp. This is what im talking about http://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Beach-Universal-Amplified-Playstation-3/dp/B00BDS415I so right now my set up is hyperx headset > turtlebeach mix amp > xonar dx sound card. It all works perfect except it won't recognize the hyperx mic.
I don't exactly know how small you want it to be, but I really like the PX22 by Turtle Beach. I like that I can flip the mic up and out of the way, the ear cups are oval shape so they don't pinch your ears as much as I find that square cups do, and its pretty much universal with any device you play on (PC, Mac, PS3-4, 360). They are also decently priced right at $50 (but alas I don't know your budget)
Yeah I'm thinking of audacity at this point just so I can get some stuff going.
And yes the thing is working in the fact that the output reads "Tv or Amplifier" or something like that. I can here his voice and ps4 sounds coming out of my speakers only when I take out the Yeti's usb from the PC. When the Yeti is plugged into my PC I can no longer here any noises come from my speakers. As for my headset, I have the PX22's plugged into the ps4 via usb. http://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Amplified-Universal-Headset-Playstation-3/dp/B00BDS415I Here on the PX22 there is a jack coming out of the Headset itself and then there is a usb/ jack extension when you plug the headphone into the "dynamic chat boast" device as you can seen here on the link.

You could get the Microsoft stereo headset but this one is much better and within your budget at £49.
Turtle Beach Ear Force PX22 PS3 & Xbox 360 Headset - MLG Licensed by Turtle Beach http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00BDS415I/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_QuCbvb0KQNSAR

Although if you don't already have the stereo headset adapter then that would be extra at £19.95, or if you get the Microsoft stereo headset it will come with the adapter to plug the headset Ito the controller.
I'm looking at getting these. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BDS415I?ie=UTF8&force-full-site=1&ref_=aw_bottom_links. And I'd like to know what you guys think of them.
