Carnauba wax won't hurt the ceramic, but it won't last either, not sure it's worth the time to apply it. TW Hybrid Ceramic Coating (a sealant, really) is supposed to be topped and maintained by

It offers a small amount of protection to your clearcoat - basically small scratches that can be buffed out. It also theoretically reduces sun wear. As far as getting hit by a rock or something like that though, won't do anything.
As far as how it looks, just buy something like this, it'll look very similar and add similar protection to ceramic but is temporary. Then it'll give you an idea if you think a permanent version is worth it.
I've used the Meg and the Turtle Wax and I preferred the Turtle Wax one more https://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Wax-53410-Solutions-Ceramic/dp/B07XYQJQMX
The Turtle Wax one was easier to use and yield better results

Its a messier process rather than simply washing the spray off.
IMO its a better process from a scientific perspective (to apply a base coat which will act as a catch for the spray next time you wash, rather than mix WAX and WATER which dont mix and then wipe it on).
