Because there are so many rock chips in that area, it's very hard to do anything about it.
Some of them will be deeper and some more shallow. The shallow ones may only be in the clear coat, so compounding / polishing is the answer using a DA machine.
After polishing the overall quality of the paint in that area may be a lot better but likely you will still see a lot of the chips that were too deep.
I would just live with it at that point. On a dark car, this is kinda not the most pro suggestion but you can try one of those color waxes which can slightly darken light rock chips. E.g.

I would not really trust this wax but you can do a coat with it and then do another coat of better wax over top.
If you wax that with blue wax like https://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Wax-Shades-Formula-Colored/dp/B001FOLMR0/ and a cheap DA like this one: https://www.harborfreight.com/6-in-57-amp-heavy-duty-dual-action-variable-speed-polisher-64528.html you could get that to look quite a bit better. You’ll have to wax it several times a month to keep it looking any better, as soon as it starts wearing off at all it will start looking worse
