If the various cleaning agents don’t cut it, I would try some automotive rubbing compound . Go easy, because like you I’m not sure how thick a bike clear coat is, but this is the go-to solution for paint transfer on cars.
Newbie here. I just tried doing a wet sanding of 2000 grit on some small areas on the front panel after I did a touchup on my car. I used a https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00009V3ZE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and buffed it with https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B003LMGDHI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to take out the haze but the next day the shine was gone and was back to haze again. Did I missed a step or used the wrong products? Was hoping for a more permanent fix besides doing a complete repainting.
Rubbing Compound will likely pull that red paint right off. Use it gently.

Rubbing compound and Polishing Compound
I don't know where you live, but surprisingly I found the stuff cheaper at Autozone for only $5 each.
This is the video I found which helped me out
Things needed: Method of cleaning the surface(I used dawn dish soap and water, but the video uses denatured alcohol), paper towels, two microfiber rags, and the rubbing & polishing compounds.
My exact process what this:
Clean the area with soap and water using the paper towels. Took maybe 2 minutes per side as I really wanted to make sure it was good.
Take one of the microfiber rag and get some rubbing compound on it. Rub it onto the surface for about 5 minutes, and then clean it off using the paper towel and your method of cleaning. If you still see the outline, repeat this process until you can barely make out anything. Move onto the next step when the outline is gone.
Take the other microfiber rag and get some polishing compound on it. Repeat the same process as with the rubbing compound, and when you're done just clean off the surface one last time. I ended up cleaning my entire trunk area just in case I missed anywhere the compound came in contact with
