if you don't have a smart TV, purchase a Google Chromecast for $35, or an Amazon firestick, or a Roku.
Roku is probably the most user friendly IMO.
www.slingtv.com for $25 I get all the channels I want, for $40 or more you can get all the sports you want.

Maybe slingtv online? There are free trials -
Or get an antenna off Amazon, the games will be national broadcasts for Fox or CBS on your local stations?
I use one like this, and I get 1080p for free
It’s not much to look at, but it works very well. Indoors or out, it’s very powerful. Installs in minutes.
I have this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071V7SV6P/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Had to put it on my roof so it's about 20' off the ground. With the included amplifier I get a lot of locals:

How far away are your broadcast stations? Because almost all of my nearest broadcast stations are 50-70 miles away and I’m doing great with one of these antennas that my dad and I were able to install ourselves.
Got one of these currently. Been damaged over a couple moves and is starting to degrade from sun exposure. Don't know if it's that exact one though seeing how there are about 400 Amazon sellers selling variants of it.
Vansky Outdoor 150 Mile Motorized 360 Degree Rotation OTA Amplified HD TV Antenna for 2 TVs Support - UHF/VHF/1080P Channels Wireless Remote Control - 32.8' Coax Cable (VS-OTX01) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071V7SV6P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_V-JfCbGMJ1RQY
We'd be looking for better reliability. I think we are getting all we can, but the signal can be super patchy sometimes and completely understandable others.
Thank you. Here is my Yagi antenna Vansky Outdoor 150 Mile Motorized 360 Degree Rotation OTA Amplified HD TV Antenna for 2 TVs UHF/VHF/1080P Channels Wireless Remote Control - 32.8' Coax Cable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071V7SV6P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_I0nJFb35W2FYV
It is a typical Chinese Yagi antenna sold on Amazon under various sellers and brand names and the rotation portion works quite well.
You mean like what you could do with one of these?
Thanks again, everyone.
Here is the antenna I currently have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071V7SV6P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have this amplifier on it, however, it's inside at the distribution hub, not next to the antenna.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FTX7M26/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Here is a picture of how the antenna is mounted.
I thought I might mount it that nearby cedar tree to get maybe 25 more feet of elevation. My concern is that we live in an area with regular lightning storms.
I actually put this guy in my attic, and with that I get like 50 channels very clearly
Before that, I used one of these. It generally works fine as well, but a couple of channels that had football were slightly flaky, so that's why I put the bigger one in my attic instead. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RFLGH5E/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_5XFMZPXX6XKDHE2WPWWR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I am in wellington and get everything but channel 7, which I think might be the one you want. I used to get it, but haven't lately after i rescanned channels. If I messed around with the direction, I might be able to find it again, but haven't motivated to do that yet.
I had a coworker in Fort Collins who got one and said he couldn't get anything, but I think it was user error.
You can go to TV Fool and they will show a map of what channels you can expect to receive. I think it might give advice on antennas also.

Not sure about your distance, but I'm maybe 50mi away from the transmitters and get very good reception with this $30 Vansky antenna that says it's rated for 150mi. It does require an amplifier that has two outputs, and as I recall I'm using both.
I also got the mounting pole for another $20. Maybe it was a ripoff, but it was easy to mount and is solidly built.
It's so good that when aimed at one set of transmitters, I can often get another set of channels that are around 60mi away and at something like a 90 degree angle from where it's pointing.

You can buy them separately, too.

Adding: "instruction light" because this will be posted again, and I can search for this answer easier.
this will do it. i live in hunters creek and put one in my attic
For my TiVo Roamio OTA, I tried a few like you showed with very limited results.
I got one like this and it works great! If I put it outside it doesn't even matter what direction I point it at. I just moved it up a floor (inside) and I think I'm going to turn off the amp and try it out for a few weeks, I don't think I need to be using the amp even. https://www.amazon.com/TV-Antenna-Motorized-Rotation-Amplified/dp/B071V7SV6P/
To be clear, this is not mine, it looks identical though, this is my discontinued model https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S9EKQIU
I have one just like this and pick up over 50 (I only watch the major networks), and I am about 75 miles away from where they are broadcast. I had a co-worker who lived about 15 miles closer and he said he couldn't get a similar antenna to work.
*I completely forgot to link the antenna I was talking about. Oops

I think you will be totally fine, not knowing the surrounding area but here's what I use 55 miles from my stations:

Others may have even better options, but I've had good luck with that one in my attic.
