I've had experience with SMART products and their build quality is shit. Cheap parts, shoddy craftsmanship.
We use Lync at our company of about 50 people and it started out a bit clunky but now most people use it just fine w/o issues on a daily basis. You can also go with GoToMeeting which in my experience works pretty well.
There's no need for that fancy overpriced setup they have in the video. I've built 3 conference stations consisting of:
