That is a Tyger Tri-Fold, same one I have on my 2021.

This is the one I have. Works pretty well I use it so stuff that I have back there isn't visible but it would be easy to cut and get to. I don't put anything too valuable back there if I'm just going to leave it there.

I've had both. Honestly I liked the tri-fold better. The rollup one I had years ago was a pain to get stretched back out and snapped back on in the winter. I got this one for now, I will end up with a camper shell later this year so this is a great solution for now.
