You need to buy a split adapter. One side is set for microphone, the other is set for audio. Plug that into your controller audio port. Then plug both headsets into the corresponding ports. And your good to go.

VIA 15 Pro has a single Audio port with combined Headphone+Microphone function (like a smartphone headset).
Your Rode microphone needs a single Microphone input port.
