As an owner of an art double sleeved Rats deck, I can point you towards these. https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-100-Black-Deck/dp/B0081IRWEU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1495029803&sr=8-2&keywords=ultra+pro+100+deck+box
They fit snug and help compress your deck overtime. I am using Legion Iconic Skull sleeves with KMC Character Guards over them. I have about 104 cards in there, 110 might be a bit much though.
> I find that playing them unsleeved helps the cards develop that cool "battle-damaged"
I just died on the inside.
On the original topic... if you upgrade your deck boxes from paper to something a bit sturdier like any of these (depending what you want to spend)
Try local game stores if possible. Amazon prices flux and legion might have shipping costs.
I recommend a cheap messenger bag. I'm planning to upgrade to one currently and found some for around $20-$25. It will also allow you to carry any card binders, dice, tablets, note pads etc. Anything you might want for a mtg day.

I double sleeve all my decks. I generally just use Ultra Pro, Pro matte sleeves and whatever perfect fits I can get my hands on (typically the ultra pro, pro fits) I like these sleeves better than KMC, simply because of price and the fact that you can buy them in packs of 100 instead of 80. Though KMC may offer different amounts of sleeves now. And I like matte sleeves. Some people complain of their "tightness" and "bending", I haven't experienced this problem, but maybe others can give better insight.
As for deckboxes I love the Ultra Pro 100+ Deckboxes. I like that they have multiple colors to choose from and they easily hold 100 double sleeved cards very snugly, without being too tight. And I can easily fit in a few tokens or extra cards to boot. I typically print out a little label for the deck, and just use a piece of scotch tape to put it onto of the box (I'd never write on the boxes as decks change and are created/disassembled often).
Typically I carry around about 10 decks at a time. Normally all commander decks in deckboxes previously mentioned. Randomly for Christmas in a dirty Santa game I picked a box that had this unique toolbox in it: Sainty Art Works Zombie Deco Toolbox. I just want want to give such praise to this thing. Initially I didn't like the somewhat childish zombie design (though I am a zombie fanboy) but I must say it is amazing. The inside holds a 10 of the boxes mentioned above well with not much room to move around, but plenty of room to remove them individually. Then on top of the deckboxes fits a tray inside the toolbox. It holds my 3 rolled up playmates (all the larger size playmates from inkedplaymats) on one side, the other side can easily hold tons of dice, pens, paper and I even can set in a those cheap deckboxes that are smaller like the ultra pro ones sideways for quick cards picked up in trade or bought from a store.
I want to add this toolbox is awesome, and has pushed me towards recommending toolboxes in general to carry your stuff around with. 1 toolboxes are sturdy, and don't allow for bending or damage like a backpack. Next this thing can lock, and it has a distinct noise when opening. It also is very recognizable. All this makes me feel more confident taking it to my store. People know this is my toolbox and would question anyone going through it or picking it up. Unlike the majority of black backpack users at my store who's bags I would never remember the details of.
All that is said to say, yes I think of my deck values and try to always be protective of the contents I carry and be conscious of where my stuff is.
