So, There are “penny sleeves” which are those plastic covers that cover the card for minor scratches. A top loader is basically a hard plastic penny sleeve the reduces bending and damage done to card.
For Pokemon Cards it’s 3x4
Also, never put a card into a Top Loader before putting it in a Penny Sleeve, simply because the Top Loader is hard plastic and could potential damage the beautiful holos.
Ok so I found the hard card cases. I’m not terribly sure if it’s the same, but here.

Yes, that would be the easiest if you already have an account. Just make sure to snap photos of both the front and back of the card for each listing. The decks might sell best complete rather than parted out. When you ship single cards, don't just throw them into an envelope, put them inside one of those colored sleeves then put the sleeve inside a "toploader", preferably with the open end of the sleeve facing the closed end of the toploader. Good luck!
That's a pricey find, for sure, even if it's not in mint condition. The main grading agencies are PSA and Beckett. If you're in Europe/UK, give Cardmarket a shot, as their service is cheaper and will give you an idea of whether it's worth getting your card subsequently graded by PSA/Beckett.
For now, stick the sleeved cards inside toploaders to keep them safe.
I have the same top loaders he has in the picture and I got them off Amazon. I’ll share the link.

TCGPlayer has some shipping guidelines for sending cards that I think are good to follow for the most part. (ignore the part about keeping cards in order) They suggest multiple team bags in a bubble mailer, but make sure it's not too heavy. BCW sells storage boxes that you can put them in as well (but don't ship it in just the box!).
If I ever ship anything of value (personally, $20 or more) I put toploaders in the back of the team bag to make sure they stay rigid.
