I have 30 decks and have 28 of them in these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3LG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ti4VDbEFPE63B
They hold a (depending on brand) double sleeved EDH deck. They're compact. You can lay the commander on top for easy identification. Best of all, they're $2.00 so buying 30 of them won't break the bank.
Boulders are my second choice for many of the same reasons above, but they're more expensive and less transparent.
Right here! I thought about trying with my satin tower, but those are a bit more of a risk, if something goes wrong and I have several of these guys lying around because they were ~$2.50 for a while, so I was tacking them onto my Amazon orders to fill space. One thing to note - they aren't acrylic, so the laser kinda melts them rather than etching. (At least with the settings that we used, which were what the guy showing me how to use the cutter said he uses to etch acrylic.) It turned out kinda neat, though. If you look on the right side of the Rakdos logo in the second pic, you can kinda see the watery texture it left behind.
I like the 150 card Ultra pro boxes. Some call them the "Darksteel Plastic" boxes, since they're very durable. They are clear, so you can see your commander on top, and also pretty cheap compared to most options.
Be sure to get the 150 size, as 100 will not hold a fully sleeved commander deck comfortably. You can get them on Amazon as an add-on item, but I usually find them on Ebay.

Ultra pro clear plastic boxes off amazon…. These are amazing, durable, and cheap
Just a clear box to hold cards. Like this: Ultra Pro 81147 2-Piece 150 Count Clear Card Storage Box https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3LG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_dlC_nfETFbJ3RXN1D?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 not sure if that link works. It wouldn’t let me enter it as an actual link.
Ultra Pro 150CT 2 Piece boxes fit ~105 sleeves cards, or ~80 double sleeved. They're cheap, durable, and don't look half bad when stacked.
Many LGSs have them or can get them in, and they're also on Amazon for cheap.
I have like 12 different decks, so my priorities were the ability to tell which deck is which at a glance and affordability. Ultra pro two-piece 150 count boxes are perfect for me. They're clear, so I can face each one with my commander. At $2 a pop, it only cost me $24 to cover all of my decks. Plus, they're very sturdy and have space for tokens or sideboard cards along with a 100 card single-sleeved deck.
Here's the Amazon page: Ultra Pro 81147 2-Piece 150 Count... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3LG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have 20 or so EDH decks and I use Ultra Pro 150 card plastic boxes (link below). They hold an entire single-sleeved deck plus tokens. I haven't tried them with double sleeved decks. I like that I can see the commander to identify the decks. Note that the Amazon price isn't very good and you could probably get them cheaper through your LGS (mine charges $2 per).
I have like 15 decks and I recommend housing them in clear, plastic deck boxes to make it easy to distinguish them at a glance. I use these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3LG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I store them all in an old, unused projector bag that I found. Really, any large, rectangular bag will do. I also reccomend finding a smaller box that fits maybe 4 of the decks. I rarely carry my whole projector bag with me when I go to play cards somewhere. It's heavy as hell, too valuable to risk losing, and I rarely have enough time to play more than a couple of games at a time anyway. I'll always 'curate' a selection of 4 decks that I might be in the mood to use before I leave the house, allowing my to travel a lot lighter.
I use Ultra Pro 150ct 2-piece clear storage boxes and they fit my double-sleeved decks perfectly. You can also put the commander on top to see what deck it is without opening it. They are a little prone to cracking if you're rough with them, but I've only had to replace 2-3 out of the 25 or so I've used in the past few years.
While I can't speak for the Boulder 80+ or use with Dragon Shield sleeves specifically, just to throw another option onto the table, I use the Ultra Pro 2-Piece 150 Count Clear Card Storage Boxes.
4 of them fit snugly in the Arkhive. Each one fits a single sleeved EDH deck with lots of room to spare. I can usually toss in about 10-15 sleeved tokens in with the deck and it still remains easy to pull to cards out or slide them back in. I reckon that this extra room would compensate the extra space needed for Dragon Shield sleeves.
These might be linked already, but the Ultra Pro 150 card carriers fit double sleeved decks perfectly
I have all my decks in their own carriers then put them all in a box + my other stuff
I bought one of these and filled it with my commander deck and the empty space with random cards to make it really tight. It helped flatten the curved foils that was making my deck slide all over the place. Of course you can do this with any hard deck holder.
I love the Ultra Pro 150-Count 2-Piece Plastic deck boxes. They look great on my shelf with the key card for each deck displayed in the front. The are water resistant and don't open in my backpack. They are cheap and tough to break. They hold a 60-card double sleeved, extra sleeve, the sideboard, and tokens well.
This is also what I put in those openings. An UltraPro 150 card box will fit also, but is slightly tall for the foam.
Either will hold a commander deck and will fit in the square-ish opening.
I bought a hard plastic card case. I think it was this but it was from my comic shop so I am not 100% on that. Fits the game and expansions fine, plus its hard so I am not too worried about anything bending them or anything.
I have been buying the "Ultra Pro Plastic Box" for each of my EDH decks. It fits a deck comfortably even when double sleeved. And then I get their colored ones for my other legacy/casual decks
Then you can hold them in whatever you want. I've been using a small tool box that holds my 4x EDH and 5x legacy(casual) decks + tokens/playmats just fine
I usually get them from here. Sure, it is an add on item, but it isn't hard to go above 25 if you order two boxes and two boxes of 100 sleeves.
I keep the flares in the simple, clear deck boxes you can get at any game store for a couple dollars. Or Amazon has them for $2: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3LG/
I keep the aliens in a Carcassone expansion box because it's exactly 4"*6", which is the size of the alien sheets.
The ships and planets I keep in these containers, which work great: http://www.containerstore.com/shop/giftPackaging/containers?productId=10030953&N=80254+1000082 . The 4oz version is slightly wider than just planets and stores planets + ships + token
There's a Kickstarter ending tomorrow that's supposed to have a Cosmic Encounter insert. I haven't seen it yet, but it might have a better storage solution: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1423026450/daedalus-quick-setup-game-inserts-cases-and-access/

I threw all the cards I got with the KS into one of these

I have almost 30 decks and my preferred way of storing them is in either Ultra Pro 150 ct 2-piece box if I can find them for less than $5 each, or Ultimate Guard Boulder. No need for big ol' satin towers for every single deck when you have that many. The cheap clear boxes are actually my favorites because it makes it much easier to see what deck is in each box. I can just lay the commander right on top.
I use Ultra Pro 2-Piece 150 Count Clear Card Storage Boxes for my decks. https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-81147-2-Piece-Storage/dp/B0002TT3LG/
I keep them on a bookshelf for display and easy retrieval.
I use an Ultimate Guard Arkhive 400+ to bring 4 decks with me when I'm playing at my LGS or at my friends' houses. https://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Guard-Arkhive-XenoSkin-Black/dp/B01M25T2AK/ (4 of the Ultra Pro 2-Piece 150 Count Clear Card Storage Boxes fit in it perfectly) I throw it in my backpack with a playmat, dice bag, and box of tokens.
If I'm traveling and need to bring more than 4 decks I can throw up to 12 decks into my Stanley organizer. https://i.imgur.com/838s7ZG.jpg (I usually remove the compartments to fit the deck boxes in it.)
That RIDGID organizer that u/DanteBeleren recommended looks awesome too. I may have to check into it since it looks like they can snap together for even more storage.

I’ve found these work OK for token decks. Great for decks with very few tokens, as duel sleeved they fit with just a little extra space, and you can see the commander on the outside. This is the”150 card” size.
Important note: when you put your deck in, put it in on its SIDE. If you stack them with the back of a card/sleeve on the bottom of the deck box, that card/sleeve will be basically impossible to get out, to the point you have to risk damaging the card to do so.
Link to Amazon, but hit up your friendly local game store if you play there. For some reason, these are offered for subscribe and save. Yes, I AM subscribed, why do you ask? And what does “too many decks” even mean?

Now you've got me curious. Any idea how well these ultra pro clamshell boxes would fit? Ultra Pro 2-Piece 150 Count Clear Card Storage Box https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3LG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Px0MzbSSYXS1V I use those for all of my commander decks. It is annoying having to jam them all in my backpack though. Also, the fit of these? http://www.ultimateguard.com/en/boxes-cases/boulder-deck-case/deck-case-100.html
This are advertised to hold 150 but once you sleeve up the 100 cards + a small sideboard/ tokens it fits quite nicely.

This is what I use for my setup.

So this is the one you use?
Ah, thanks for the heads up. Only saw the one clear plastic box, didn't bother to check if it was 100 or 150.
Here's the 150 box on Amazon.
That was something I had laying around from playing Magic 15 years ago.
I think this is it.
http://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-150-Count-2-Piece-Plastic/dp/B0002TT3LG
Which cases are those exactly? I use mostly the Ultra PRO 150 count 2-piece boxes for my EDH decks, and I can fit 18 of those boxes in the case.
I do have a couple of the Ultra PRO 100+ deck boxes which seem to be a little larger than the 150 count boxes, but I think the case can fit 18 of those as well.

On amazon good sir
They don't get much love, but I love these. They don't latch - but as long as you are relatively careful I find them to be snug enough. I carry around 3 commander decks in these in a quiver type of case, keeps them totally secure. They also look great on a shelf, with all your commanders facing out.
not to mention they are $2
