Under Armour Stellar boots. I will always swear by them.. 12 hours standing no problem. Suuuper light, lighter than most shoes.

They are waterproof, they do great in cold conditions. They come in a traditional lace up or a side zip. I've had both and The side zips aren't bad at all and I've never had the zipper fail, but the lace ups are more sturdy on the ankle.
