i ordered these and am very happy with them. i was looking at the bowflex adjustable ones, but these are way cheaper and i find that i can adjust the weight during my rest between sets, so no real time lost.

For $85, the above is a pair of cheap adjustable dumbbells that go up to 50lbs per side. Since they're the cheapest they do flake some paint.
That's the style you want to be looking for though, the kind where you take plates on and off them. I've seen less-flakey versions being sold at sports authority.
It's next to useless for increasing strength to have 1 pair on non adjustable dumbbells.
unipack 2x52.5 adjustable dumbell sets are back up on amazon for $180. Got these shipped to me in 2 days from California to the midwest: https://www.amazon.com/Pair-Adjustable-Dumbbells-Total-Unipack/dp/B007WKK5HE/ref=sr_1_12?dchild=1&keywords=dumbbell&qid=1588874591&sr=8-12
2x52.5 adjustable dumbbell set on amazon for $180: https://www.amazon.com/Pair-Adjustable-Dumbbells-Total-Unipack/dp/B007WKK5HE/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=dumbbells&qid=1588790799&sr=8-1 Normally this set is like 100-150 but has great reviews. They also have a 2x100 set for like 350. Shipping is fast as well, the set I ordered shipped next day and will be here Friday.
The bench is okay. If I could go back and do it again, I probably wouldn't get this bench. And after six months, it's getting a bit wobbly, and some screws have fallen out (and I can't figure out where to put them), and the leg placement isn't the greatest for a guy who's 6'2" but it did its job for six months, and now I'm joining a gym.
As for the weight, I listed more or less all of my starting weights. Mostly in the 15-25 pound range for a lot. Good luck!
