They are a real bitch to try and fix. Soldering attempts burn the protective coatings. At least on the terminal ends. I have modded salvaged cables like this, and terminated the other with the little metal plate, and added it to laptops that had just ONE antenna. The theory at the time was that it had two UFL connectors and only used one from the factory. So Two would be better and WIFI would be stronger. And indeed it worked.
But to replace the terminal end that is broke in your pic. Unless you have steady hands and special tools. I would hit Amazon up or either recover a salvaged antenna from a broken laptop or roll with one antenna.
