In addition to the patches, these nausea candies helped me a lot with the nausea:

This might help, but only before she starts throwing up.
I have these stomach settling candies for nausea. They have ginger, lemon, spearmint, and vitamin B6 in them. They help me more than my prescription anti-nausea meds do.
these are the ones I get.
Whenever I have nausea I have these stomach settlers I use. It's kind of like a cough drop that you suck on. They have ginger, spearmint, lemon, and vitamin B6 in them. They usually do the trick and they taste pretty good.
I get mine from Walmart but I found them on Amazon
I get motion sickness from video games. So I’m not sure how different my symptoms are. However my mom’s is worse. She takes these. They might help.

I’m so sorry! I had awful nausea my whole first trimester, it got better around 16 weeks and now st 24 weeks it’s uncommon. I hope you feel better soon!
25mg Doxlyamine (unisom) and 25mg pyridoxine(b6) just before bed. Make sure it's just the "Sleep Tabs" as the other Unisom products are not the correct chemical compound.
You can also take b6 throughout the day to help. Make sure to not exceed 100mg of b6 a day. I really liked the UpSpring Stomach Settle drops.
I take a small b6 tablet at bed time, then during the day I have these on hand
I’m not fully diagnosed with endo yet but I have had constant nausea for a long time now. I have tried so many things. I was prescribed Zofran but don’t find it helps that much. Emetrol never worked for me either. My GI prescribed me Pantoprazole but that did nothing.
Recently my doctor prescribed me Phenergan. It seems to help the most but it is also a sedative so I have to take smaller doses (like 1/4 of a pill) throughout the day to not fall asleep. Some days when everything is really bad I take a full dose to sleep it off.
I also live on ginger ale, UpSpring drops, and when I can’t concentrate on anything else I use an ice pack on my head.
Sometimes I’ll go a day or two without eating because my nausea gets so bad. On days like this I try to drink an Orgain nutritional drink. They taste like chocolate milk to me.
My friend recommended I take b6 vitamins because it helped her morning sickness but I haven’t tried that yet. I hope you find some relief. Nausea is the worst and I have been experimenting with how to keep it away for years.
They are drops that are supposed to help with nausea! I find they do help, but not if you’re feeling really sick. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MJCC1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_Q7R0W3PC9F0N8BJMWWXR
I bought the UpSpring stomach settle lemon-ginger honey drops. Here’s a link to them on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MJCC1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_tCZKw4k2Nc8zr
Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MJCC1H/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_TYGM37E4MMFGFK4S6RWV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It can help settle your stomach. Probably doesn't work for everyone, but it helps me a bit for sure
These got me through my first trimester last pregnancy. That, and lots of little snacks throughout the day. The nausea is from the increasing hormone levels, and an empty stomach can feel unsettled.

Are you in the US? As others have said, B6 really helps. I use these hard candies which are available at Target/Wal-mart/Amazon, and they have 20mg of B6 and don't taste overwhelming. They've saved me so far.
These really help with my anxiety nausea, I got them from target. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074MJCC1H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_f2zdDbH6N2RKE
Or sometimes even just a peppermint helps too.
