I bought a bulk bag of potassium citrate and the taste is fine, even a little good. Please do your research and never take too much potassium, it can seriously hurt you!

So I actually created this account to respond to this post. I dose 1/2 tsp of potassium citrate up to four times a day. Usually 1-2 tho.
I started doing keto in spring and found lacking in electrolytes prrrrtty damn quick. I found this guy (link below), read the reviews, cuz those people spoke about proper dosing. Almost spontaneously combusted on that first does. Took wayyy too much. Don’t do that.
So I’m doing 1/2 tsp now and I tell ya, the turnaround was ka-wick.
My philosophy is the less ingredients, the better. ESPECIALLY sugar.
