Ok, I had a few requests to post details about making the pick I used to open an Anchor Las 820-2. Here’s a bunch of photos and explanations. I used a Sparrows pick body, but I suppose you could use any other body, including one of the cheap Chinese ones. I used these ejector pins for the tip, these brass tubes for the tensioner, and these brass tubes for the tensioner insert (to keep the pick tip from flopping around). Further explanations are under the individual pics and in other comments.

Thanks! I used a 6/4mm steel tube and a 1,5mm injector pin (and handles from the well-known Chinese pick).
Some folks have made them from ejector pins like these, below. I haven't done it personally but it is a common approach.
