It seems like Amazon might ship V-Dog to Amsterdam. It's on their list of global export countries at least: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201074230
Whether it as actually practical to do so from a price perspective, I'm not sure.
Vegan Essentials has Ami Dog vegan food and seems to ship internationally.
I think the main problems vegans should have with pet (dog/cat) ownership is what the dogs & cats are eating under human care, and how the pets are treated. In most cases, I think that ends up being some mystery meat product composed of slaughterhouse by-products produced on cruel factory farms, which creates ethical problems for vegans.
While people may try to dismiss this by saying "it's just by-products so it doesn't cause additional animals to be slaughtered or tortured," the reality is that buying factory farm products contributes financially to those companies, and if they couldn't sell the animal by-products for pet foods, the cost of meat products would increase, resulting in reduced consumption of animal products overall.
Fortunately commercially produced vegan pet foods exist:
And there are even studies showing health benefits for dogs that consume these vegan dog foods.
