I bought 4 of the following cowl neck cable neck sweater. They are 100% cotton, super comfy, and warm. I have gotten a few compliments on them. For the over size comfy feel I ordered them a size or two above as they do shrink a little bit, but even over sized they don't look sloppy if that makes sense.

Also Ugg has some stupidily soft, fuzzy, and comfy sweaters, but much more expensive. I own the one I am linking, it seems to be the same material type and neck cut as the one you posted:
