I really appreciate all the work Suzanne McCarthy did on this. She devoted an entire chapter to it in her book, Valiant or Virtuous.
How much of the book can I reasonably share before I've violated copyright law? A whole chapter? Not sure of the answer to that, so I'm not going to post anything publicly here. You can pick up the ebook on the Kindle store for less than $10.
But I think it's worth pointing out that the FOF interpretation of Genesis 3:16 is not the "traditional" interpretation unless you consider Susan Foh to be up there with Calvin and Luther and the church fathers.
