I’m not sure to be honest, there is no name on it. What works for me is a light that clips onto the book, the light is on a adjustable arm, and you can manipulate the brightness.

The adjustable arm is important to aim it away from my wife or the tv (because the glare bothers her).

A book light or two might also be an option to consider.

The problem is that pens with gimmicks like that tend to be bad at being a pen. Not exactly what you asked, but I would just put a dim book light on the journal.
