I don't think I've ever seen one in a store. This is what you want though.
I ended up going with the Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ Bluetooth 4.0 OBD II based on the Dr Prius recommendations. I got the 4 year replacement warrantee as well, I think it all was around $45.
I keep an eye on the pump temps all the time and noticed recently the engine has been jumping from 195F to 201F when under extended load and it started doing it when right when the 100F + weather went away. IDK, makes me wonder if the thermostat is going out.
Quick question, I’d love to do this on my 2017 LT, so I just need a OBD scanner like this one? Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ Bluetooth 4.0 OBD II Scanner for iOS & Android, Car Diagnostic Code Reader Scan Tool for Universal OBDII / EOBD Vehicles https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076XVQMVS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YM7XW9BV8HSCM3B555TJ
Also, do I want the + or the regular one?
Huge thanks for the help!
Great recommendation, thanks! Bought this module for £35, which will seemingly work with the Honda too. Even with the cost of the Bimmercode app it's still cheaper than most of the other solutions out there.
I use a Veepeak BLE (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076XVQMVS) that works perfectly with ABRP and Carscanner
I also use this item I got from Etsy (www.etsy.com/listing/1171559875) that adds a physical power switch to turn OBD on and off so you don’t have to worry about security
I use this one
That, the check engine, is the most generic warning of all.
Ask any mechanically or tech inclined friends if they have an OBD2 sensor. If not, take it to a shop and have them check.
I went with this one as it’s compatible with all iOS and Android. Some use an older version of Bluetooth which won’t work with iPhones.

Plus the iOS BimmerLink works great for Me
I purchased this one suggested by @kelp_forest:
I used this and Bimmercode to code the i3.
If you're DIY inclined, I'd recommend buying an OBD2 bluetooth dongle, and then downloading an OBD2 app like Torque or OBD Fusion. It'll tell you the check engine light code, and you can go from there.

Download OBD JScan to your phone and get this adapter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076XVQMVS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
You can reprogram your speedometer based on tire size. less than $100 for both. and the adapter will work for any OBDII connection.

Does abrp have a discord or reddit channel by any chance?
The option from power cruise control is only software limited to vin. So you unlock the app with a specific vin.
Their dongle is not restricted to energica or your account. It is fully compatible with Energica. It's a good option if you were in Europe indeed.
The alternatives that really work with energica are limited. Most of the cheap options simply don't do anything beyond some default obd2 commands that are simply useless.
I reported one working in the post but it has a button to activate so you would have to relocate it. This video shows some of the hidden data These are 3 BLE values that energica does not want you to see https://youtu.be/TkPOp7Gluz4
From this post the vee peak it's reported working https://www.facebook.com/groups/energicaownersgroup/permalink/1275518803245555/
Quote ; Dimitar Ganashev cannot say that acceleration jerk is a bad cell for sure. A big delta between cells is more surly a diag of bad cell and definitely when it's always the same cell number that is at the lowest voltage. If you have doubts on yours just download the app and put a ODB2 dongle on your bike . Here is the one I use Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ Bluetooth... https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B076XVQMVS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Here it is. It may be more deluxe than what you need, but I saw a reference to this exact model and it worked with ABRP.

I use AlfaOBD and a Bluetooth adapter. https://www.amazon.com/Veepeak-Bluetooth-Diagnostic-Supports-Vehicles/dp/B076XVQMVS/ref=sr\_1\_15
Everything via your phone, one of the simpler solutions is BimmerCode app
You'd need to get a compatible (I've had good experience with Veepeak) OBD Dongleto connect to your vehicle...
Transmission tune same thing different app xHP flashtool
You can buy (very handy to have) a bluetooth OBD (On Board Diagnostic) scanner from amazon and check the engine codes yourself. This device connects to the diagnostic port underneath your steering column and BT pairs with your phone. Then you download an OBD scan app from the app store and you can be educated about what the errors mean when you take it to a service shop.
These scanners can even reset some trouble codes. Don't worry, you can't harm your car.
I use the Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ for my LX 570. I use the iOS app OBD Fusion and purchased the premium packs for my year car via the in-app purchase function.
I have a 2018 JKUR and while I have a Flashcal, I also have one of these - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076XVQMVS - and pair it with the JScan App. I highly recommend getting that combo. I think it'll run you a shade over $60 and you'll get a code reader as well as the capability to modify lots of ECU settings.
Its just a bluetooth code reader, nothing more. The app connects to a website that will give you a brief explanation of the code and a couple possible causes. I have a Veepeak OBD scan tool that I use at home, its only $33 then i use the Torque app on my phone to scan codes. Veepeak Scan tool ... Torque Pro app
