This protein powder is a good way to get veggie servings in and it doesn't taste like vegetables and is GD friendly. You can mix it with berries, almond milk or another liquid. Most on here will tell you True Nutrition. Which, I can agree on some points. However, most of their products are sweetened by Sucralose (secret word for Splenda). I usually like close to 2lbs of powder. Which, could put you around $20 but in the US shipping and handling can run you to around $27.

Hi! I also use Vega some of the time to cut down on my dairy intake. Vegan protein powder has a gritty taste and texture. I can't drink it with just water, but it's delicious blended with frozen berries/banana, kale, and water! I've only tried the Vega Protein and Greens in Vanilla as that's what they carry at Costco.
