im looking into starting to shred before I build muscle, so this is just a few bitsI brought a few vegan cook books, one for students and then an easy meal prep one, its looking into making salads soups, lunches and stuff. If you live in the uk, i'd check out the works they usually sell recipe books cheaper than anywhere else I've found, variety seems to be pretty good and it gives you a lot of ideas. the student meal plan one has a price list too if youre looking into saving money.

it's also worth while checking out the ones for vegan fitness cookbooks, or diet plans, a lot of that stuff is online. might be worth looking into vegan keto,, here be another book
