That was the only written recipe we used! It's the one from Veganomicon, but we didn't have any wheat gluten so it's mostly a flour-breadbrumb-black bean mixture. I'd rather not post the whole recipe because I'd love to encourage supporting great authors, but the newer edition is only like $22 on Amazon.

There's a 10th anniversary of the Veganomicon coming out soon and that's been one of my favorites since 2008. Another new favorite is The Homemade Vegan Pantry As far as blogs go I do check out Isa's blog a lot, but I'm really more in to youtube channels. I like The Happy Pear, Cheap Lazy Vegan, Liv's Healthy Life, and The Kale Sandwich Show Just to name a few. I know I'm missing some.
