Hi, I got this one because 1. If the power goes out I still want to be able to use it 2. It was cheap 3. It's easy to install.

They're now back down to a normal price but I bought one for me and one for my parents when the price was double because all the crazy TP people were indirectly causing the bidet sales to increase.

My SO and I have this model, it’s been good to us, I do like the ‘female cleaning’ option for different angles and it’s great for any menstrual related messes.

Would a heated one be nice? Yes. But the price goes up dramatically when you add in the heating capabilities.

A Bidet. I've used WAY less toilet paper and get MUCH cleaner. I highly recommend. It uses your existing plumbing and comes with everything you need to install it. It basically shares the hose that provides water to your tank. I love it!

At some point I may swap it out with a nicer on that has heated water and a drying fan but wanted to make sure I was going to use it. Honestly the cold water isn't bad, it's actually rather refreshing. My wife was on the fence too but she loves it as well. Their support has been good too, the first one developed a leak after ~2 months and they shipped me a brand new unit to replace it no questions asked.

Water, squatty potty, bidet, witch hazel! I really cannot recommend the bidet and witch hazel enough for the hemerhoids, seriously it got me past some rough ones. The less you have to wipe them, the less inflamed and irritated, they usually go away quicker. You can get inexpensive bidets on Amazon. Sounds like she can also stand to take more stool softeners, per her OB. Good luck!! 💙

The one I bought isn't on Amazon anymore, but this one is pretty much the same thing. You can spend a little more to get one with a hot water hookup, but that's no longer a 5 minute install.
