The red/blue are the impact rated ones with the metal striking caps.
If you don't abuse them in such a fashion, than these are suitable, and a helluva deal right now. They are my favourite screwdrivers. They come in an EVA mold like you see, that fit in a drawer perfectly as well.
Get yourself a set of VESSEL Megadora and never look back. Thank me later.
The most difficult thing about the carbs is getting them back in after you've taken them out. The boots are a pain to get seated properly. I would recommend trying to find good replacements for them. If they are original they will likely tear pretty easily.
Take tons of photos as you disassemble them.
This last tip I cannot stress enough.
Buy a jis screw driver set and an impact jis screw driver. Normal Phillips will work, but you'll probably strip the screws out with it.

This is the set I use for my metric bikes.
I would go with Vessel. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZJ1KMW2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kP.zFbAF0RGX3
I use these daily and they're excellent screwdrivers. Wera and Tekton are also solid choices.
One screwdriver with ALL of the bits you'll probably ever need, AND a smooth ratcheting action? This one is easy.
PROTO set J61390:
https://www.zoro.com/proto-12-in-drive-size-14-in-num-of-pieces91-j61390/i/G2477839/
If you have the monthly 20% off Zoro coupon, this comes down below $100. Looks like prices went up a bit, as I got mine for $81. The grip is awesome, the ratcheting action is the smoothest I've felt, and it comes with adapters, bits, and even an extra T-Handle. The grip bottom also unscrews so you can place some bits in the holder to carry around. I'm sure some will pop in on here recommending the classic Snap-on, but I tell ya, this one blows that away.
How, for just a "set" of good screwdrivers? I recommend this VESSEL Megadora myself:
Good Luck!
Best all around that won't break the bank, and also fits in a tool cabinet or drawer?
This set from VESSEL (of Japan):
Need a good selection of different bits? Need ratcheting action? Hollow hand to carry around with bits inside? How about a 2-handle? This set from PROTO Industrial has it all. It won't be long before someone on here will chime in with the Snap-on or Williams equivalent, but I can assure this handle and action are better, and for damn sure it's more affordable. Use the standard ZORO 20% monthly coupon, and this can be at your door for $85.
PROTO Industrial J61390:
keep the icons but put these in the cart too...sick reviews. thanks man
VESSEL, MegaDora, made in Japan. Total BEASTS. Magnetic tips, incredible handles that wipe clean, knurled shaft for finger tightening. Best JIS/Philips tip on the planet.
OR:
WIHA, made in Germany. 12-piece. Great grips and tips. I'd add a Robertson (square tip) and a set of TORX with this as well and you'll be all set.
Having owned most if not all of these brands, I'll chime in, even though the handle style is completely dependent upon your preference.
For the ones you've listed, FELO has the best handle, period. That being said, I prefer another brand that you've missed: VESSEL (of Japan)
Here's the set that is a total BEAST for me:
It comes in a fantastic tray for your box, or you can save some money and order without. They also make "Ball-grip" which I also have that are fantastic.
Now, I know you said you have a lot of "bits", and want a decent driver to use them with. This is where FELO shines. They have probably the most incredible bit driver on the planet. Some will argue it's the ratcheting Snap-on one, but I disagree. This one is incredible in hand, and any sort of bit it holds will have ZERO wobble:
Just my take. Good Luck.
You're in luck! NOW is the perfect time (holidays) to buy tools.
My picks are as follows:
VESSEL Megadora (Japan) 8-piece, $69
WIHA (Germany) 12-piece, $75
FELO Ergonic (Germany) 6-piece, $37
Then, add on this TORX set: (WIHA, 12-piece)
Another great value is the USA-made TEKTON brand. You can choose your size set, the handle style (tri-lobe or classic), and also add on Torx and nut driver sets, or even just buy them all in one LARGE set. Lifetime warranty as well. Can't go wrong. Check 'em out:

VESSEL: MegaDora (Japan)
WIHA (Germany)
FELO Ergonic (Germany)
VESSEL MEGADORA Screwdriver Set 8pcs. 9008EVA (EVA foam set) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZJ1KMW2/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_a_QXCHAEFF6RA5GHYSWB5P?psc=1
Now HERE is a screwdriver set. VESSEL, of Japan. Megadora. Best price I've ever seen so far.
If you need more screwdrivers, WIHA (German) also has great sets.
And here's WIHA's "bendy" bit holder:
Vessel MegaDora (blue set) there are actually on sale right now:
FELO (German, best in hand)
WIHA (German)
Here's a tough set from VESSEL:
Mechanic? I'd get these two sets, and then you're done with it:
