The red/blue are the impact rated ones with the metal striking caps.
If you don't abuse them in such a fashion, than these are suitable, and a helluva deal right now. They are my favourite screwdrivers. They come in an EVA mold like you see, that fit in a drawer perfectly as well.
Get yourself a set of VESSEL Megadora and never look back. Thank me later.
The most difficult thing about the carbs is getting them back in after you've taken them out. The boots are a pain to get seated properly. I would recommend trying to find good replacements for them. If they are original they will likely tear pretty easily.
Take tons of photos as you disassemble them.
This last tip I cannot stress enough.
Buy a jis screw driver set and an impact jis screw driver. Normal Phillips will work, but you'll probably strip the screws out with it.

I use these daily and they're excellent screwdrivers. Wera and Tekton are also solid choices.
One screwdriver with ALL of the bits you'll probably ever need, AND a smooth ratcheting action? This one is easy.

If you have the monthly 20% off Zoro coupon, this comes down below $100. Looks like prices went up a bit, as I got mine for $81. The grip is awesome, the ratcheting action is the smoothest I've felt, and it comes with adapters, bits, and even an extra T-Handle. The grip bottom also unscrews so you can place some bits in the holder to carry around. I'm sure some will pop in on here recommending the classic Snap-on, but I tell ya, this one blows that away.

Need a good selection of different bits? Need ratcheting action? Hollow hand to carry around with bits inside? How about a 2-handle? This set from PROTO Industrial has it all. VESSEL, MegaDora, made in Japan. Total BEASTS. Magnetic tips, incredible handles that wipe clean, knurled shaft for finger tightening. Best JIS/Philips tip on the planet.

WIHA, made in Germany. 12-piece. Great grips and tips. I'd add a Robertson (square tip) and a set of TORX with this as well and you'll be all set.
Having owned most if not all of these brands, I'll chime in, even though the handle style is completely dependent upon your preference.
For the ones you've listed, FELO has the best handle, period. That being said, I prefer another brand that you've missed: VESSEL (of Japan)
Here's the set that is a total BEAST for me:
It comes in a fantastic tray for your box, or you can save some money and order without. They also make "Ball-grip" which I also have that are fantastic.
Now, I know you said you have a lot of "bits", and want a decent driver to use them with. This is where FELO shines. They have probably the most incredible bit driver on the planet. Some will argue it's the ratcheting Snap-on one, but I disagree. This one is incredible in hand, and any sort of bit it holds will have ZERO wobble:
