That seems early for that side effect, especially with a low dose, but everyone reacts differently. Are you hydrating like you’ve never hydrated before? You need to be, it won’t be enough but everything will be worse if you don’t. Drink all the water and then drink some more. You may need to use the lubricating/saline drops frequently, especially depending on your climate. If the humidity is low where you are, it will exacerbate the dryness you feel. Get a vaporizer. They’re a low cost effective way to add some moisture in the air. (I used it mostly at night, I had it a few feet from my bed and the inside of my nose stopped drying out as soon as I started using it.) If you’re already doing all those things, you should talk with your dr to make sure the severity of what you’re experiencing so early is within the range of expected/acceptable side effects.
I use the Vics vaporizer and it’s similar. It helps my nasal passages not be so dry.

Yeah I understand about the cleanser, I'm the same skin type as you and I hate having to change up my routine for fear of a breakout... and you say it's helped your acne so I don't think it's a good idea to change that. One thing you can add that doesn't mess with your current routine is a humidifier. This Vicks humidifier on amazon is under $12.
Oh man, I wish I could use MB's sprays b/c they're so functional. It's like a toner, setting spray/refresher in one lol. Unfortunately the rosewater one made my face red, but it smelled soo good!
I saw you also commented that you had a reaction to a facial oil, which I have as well. I really liked the Cerave gel oil . It's a weird product because it doesn't actually contain any oils, yet it does feel like one. Maybe it can help with your dehydration without you having to drastically change your routine?
So, e-cigs are no different than this?

If so, then why don't people just sit around those?
