I would just use very slim swinging arms. Some of them are only a coup!e inches wide when pushed in all the way and it would also allow him to swing the monitors to focus center or aim to the side for different viewing angles.
Here's one that's only 1.6 inches deep.

I have a super heavy wooden bookcase behind it that I used to mount it. I actually found the mount in this sub, although I don't remember where: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ID7QNI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Although I gotta say I REALLY had to tighten down the bolts for it to hold up the monitor, so I'd maybe look for a different one.
All depends on weight really! It can hold up to 34 lbs. G9 is 31 lbs so theoretically yes! It's very sturdy and very affordable! Highly recommend! Do make sure you get it level because there is no swivel on the mount! Link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000ID7QNI/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_N9S2Fb5ZR6ZBG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Super straight forward and super cheap: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000ID7QNI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_UVUlFbPBNRHXA
I watched a YT video of a guy installing his 34" LG on it so that's why I chose it. (I assumed he had a 38" at the time but ended up not being an issue).
It folds back on itself and is only 1.5 inches from the wall, very clean.
Try that mate I went on amazon on the US version and it came up pretty much straight away.

Make your own triple stand. You just need to build structure to support three monitor wall mounts, they can be purchased for cheap.
Everything off my PC. The mount used for the top monitor is an old wall mount that used to be for my TV and this is the mount for the portrait monitor.
If its just for one monitor, they write those sizes to average it out based on the weight.
The weight might be slightly different from a 23 inch to a 24 inch, but it's highly unlikely that 1" is gonna break it.
Something like this might work?
up to 24"
(there are quite a few on amazon actually)
But depends on if you want an arm, or if you want it hanged straight on the wall ect.
I bought an arm like this a year ago, it is very solid, perfect for my 24" samsung computer monitor. I have it mounted on the side of my computer desk, similar to the way you are describing you want. At $15, you cant go wrong with it.
Well thank you for the suggestion. I went into Home Depot today, and of coarse they didn't have anything close to what I wanted, besides just buying a full wall mount. So I went with your suggestion and tried Amazon. The one you linked has several bad reviews, so I did some more digging and found this one for $15. What I am going to do then is just screw my screen to a wood piece, then screw that the bracket (because the screws don't line up on my LCD and the screw holes on the bracket, so gotta improvise.)
Thanks for your help!
BTW cheapest wall mount was $50 @ Home Depot...

Hey thanks!
The main monitor (Alienware AW3420DW) mount is this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ID7QNI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And the secondary monitor (Acer V277U) mount is this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0779BHZCG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I bought this one from Amazon a few years ago and it has worked great. Edit: just noticed you have a 32" TV - this may not be big enough.
Now that I am on my PC. Monitor mount
They sell vesa keyboard trays, or you cut your own out of aluminum. You can use a $15 tv mount for it. Or you can make something like the simlab one https://sim-lab.eu/product/keyboard-tray/
This is the tv mount I plan to use for mine https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ID7QNI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Can I use this mount https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ID7QNI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
on this monitor?
Any chance of being able to mount them to the wall? I have three 24" monitors on these and they've been working great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ID7QNI/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
wouldn't something as simple as this work? : http://www.amazon.com/VideoSecu-Articulating-Monitor-Bracket-ML10B/dp/B000ID7QNI
Bolt it to the upright and you're done.
im looking for one too...although the monitor manual for mine (pg278q / pretty much the same) only use VESA rated mounts so i did some re search and came with this definition.
meaning if your desired mount have this dimensions to attach the respective monitors you are most likely set.
For now im going to try this...
its cheap and it wont be a total loss if im mistaken.
1) In fact, it is not sitting on anything! I installed one of these and then added one of these. That, plus a Chromecast makes it super easy and fast to put the TV outside or move it back in! Now I just need to add an outdoor power outlet, right now I'm still running an extension cord.
2) I bought it on NewEgg. I actually have 2 of their TVs and so far (had them for about a year) both have performed admirably!
I bought this one and I've been very happy with it.
LCD wall mount for your monitor, and to reclaim some desk space in the process.
If your setup is such that the monitors could theoretically be wall mounted, I have a pretty good solution.
What I did was cut an 8" x 36" board (plywood or particleboard), and mount it to the wall stud(s). Then, I got three individual monitor wall mounts (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000ID7QNI) and screwed those into the board.
It's neat because my triple monitors are not only "floating" but you can adjust the angle and pitch perfectly on each one.
