The one on the left is the new one. The one on the right is homemade using 2 50w COB leds. Here's the link for the one I got. I like it. It is very bright, and the mounting hardware it came with was very nice and robust. The leds are coated with a clear layer of silicone to protect them. The driver is also a meanwell branded driver which is a very reputable manufacturer that you can trust, it's not some cheap Chinese product that catches fire. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CH9DSSB/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_RYQCFT2Q7K0DV9QTVTQ0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
That will be really tight on the night. I would suggest buying a 2x2 tent.

Your better off with 2x VIPARSPECTRA xs1500 in a 2x4. That would be 100 more watts then the spider farmer and a better light coverage. The spider farmer would only cover a 2x3. The edges would be very very low ppfd.

If I was starting consider
Regarding tents, there are many options available less than $150.00
Will need pots ( I use fabric).
On nutes - I prefer dry nutes. My mainstay for my last grow was Alaska Fish Fertilizer and Alaska Grow Mor, molasses, and white vinegar- to lower ph.
Make your own soil.
For drip pans I use aluminum deep dish roasting pans.
Need a couple thermometer/ hydrometer s to measure environmental conditions
Get a log book to record observations.
Get a couple of reference books I use Cervantes’ encyclopedia, and one of Rosenthals books.
You have enough seeds to start. Very good to start with Feminized Photo’s as I recommend the objective of the grow to be to LEARN about the plant.
A 4x4 tent is pretty large to start. No need to fill it up on this run.
The other thing you need to consider is, what to do about consistent watering on those occasions where you need to be away for a week or two.
In the same price range as TS1000, but much better quality light - https://www.amazon.com/VIPARSPECTRA-Compatible-Included-MeanWell-Dimmable/dp/B08CH9DSSB/
A little bit less monet then the TS1000, but better quality - https://www.amazon.com/VIPARSPECTRA-Upgraded-Dimmable-Function-Spectrum/dp/B083JVY569/
Samsung diodes, 150w just like the TS1000. You can get two for the price of one of the MarsHydro - https://www.amazon.com/MAXSISUN-Sunlike-Spectrum-Growing-Flowering/dp/B083431N1Z/
With the $30 off coupon and free one day shipping, this falls just inside your budget and is the 150w version of what I use in my 3x3 and have been getting great results with:
For just a little more, you can bump up your power pretty significantly and bigger is typically better when it comes to lighting (this is the model I use):
I use this one in a 2'x2' grow tent. The Sphagnum can handle it, but I actually have to turn it down some for my Utricularia. They make a slightly smaller version (120w vs 150w) that's a better value and would be great for a 2'x2' area. Here's a cheaper 35w light that I use as supplemental light over a moss container in my greenhouse during the winter. I have to mount it closer to the moss (<12"), but the moss stays red. The light you linked is 10w, which would work best mounted just a few inches above the moss, but even then, may not be enough to get the best coloration.
