It was some time ago. Fortunately I never got hit, but it was terrifying. Seeing the electricity from a stun gun going from both points, if she hit me with it, might have suffered from minor burns and possibly permanent blindness.

I don’t know what it looked like exactly as it was suddenly pulled out of nowhere and thrusted towards my face. I was able to react and pull back.
For obvious reasons I hated her after this whole ordeal. I haven’t seen her for years and I am doing fine. I just have a lot of bad -and extremely toxic- relationships. I don’t know if I will find a healthy relationship and I don’t know if I can handle a normal relationship. But otherwise I’m okay and doing well for the most part.
Foam style, less messy and takes longer for the delicious pain they’re in to subside. That’s my left hand, in my right is my Vipertech stun gun, he gets that in the neck while clawing at his face. He thought he was in real pain prior to to that, he quickly feels just how mistaken he was. You got two hands, might as well use them, double the pain double the fun. For $20 why not right? The very sound of this firing in the air puts the fear of God in most. Except it’s not God, it’s me, and I’m devoid of mercy and forgiveness for douchebags like that.

As someone who was once a 12 year old in America, this isn’t weird at all.
It’s basically a toy. You can pick a cheap one up at the store for like $8. If you’ve never played with one, it’s actually pretty fun. It shakes and lights up and makes a cool clicking sound.
It’s like letting a kid have a pocket knife. Yeah, it could technically be dangerous to themselves or others if used wrong, but so could a lot of things.
And just to clarify i’m not talking about law enforcement level sun guns that can be shot at range, i’m talking about a little handheld thing like this

I am planning on attaching a GPS unit to an Arduino that tracks your speed. If you slow down i.e stop running you get zapped. For the record, it will be for a youtube video and I will be the only one using it.

Hi, my friend recommended a stun gun for me because I’ve had experiences like your - and we both feel safer with it.
It won’t subdue a male attacker, but the shock is painful and the electric noise is startling, which can scare off an attacker or buy you time. She has used it for aggressive dogs who run away from the sound. It’s very small and fits in a water pack pocket.
Knife is a bad choice. Pepper spray is a great first choice, and a stun gun is a strong second line of defense if the pepper spray doesn't stop them.

Go ahead and buy it and test the arcs. They have a arc generator inside, just space the wires apart. I would bet it's less than 80kV.

They're loud & a sadly proven deterrent in my experience.
OP, I highly recommend you get something to protect yourself like a stun gun. This is the one that I have. The little metal bands down the front are electrified too, if someone tried to grab it away from you. Even without having to use it, it makes a very frightening sound. It is a discreet size too and can hang on a belt loop without bringing too much attention to itself, but again, this thing is fierce.
