So this is the entire list of the supplements I am taking (in addition to Catephen cream). Although it took a few months for the long standing ( i mean years) warts to disappear, I noticed an effect after less than 2 weeks. As I saw an inflammatory reaction on the warts, whereas previously, nothing ever happened when I used topical creams.

It was a bit worrying at first, as the warts sometimes grew huge, over 10 times in size and changed to white colour, but this is normal and they will shrink again. Its a good sign. You want an inflammatory response.
