Installed everything (keyboard tray & spacer), not too tough and looks pretty good. I am however noticing a slight wobble on the monitors on the arms (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M4D395O/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) when i type that I didn't notice before. Juuuust enough to annoy a bit.
Yeah I was thinking of adding a gas monitor arm, something like this: https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Monitor-Deluxe-Screens-STAND-V002D/dp/B00M4D395O/
The process would be as follows:
When going to Standing Position: 1. Press button to raise desk to standing position 2. Manually lift the monitors up to eye level (24" above desk)
When going to Sitting Position: 1. Press button to lower desk to sitting position 2. Manually lower monitors down to eye level (19" above desk)
Kind of annoying that after spending so much money on a motorized desk I still have to manually adjust the monitor height each time.
I'm looking for a dual monitor mount. One that is fully adjustable. I would love some recommendations especially if you own an ASUS PG279Q.
What is the difference between this $60 VIVO mount versus this $190 Amazon Basics mount?
Are there any dual mounts that you have used that you would recommend as "best in class"?
Also I will be mounting an ASUS PG279Q and a 22" LG 1080p LED. I was wondering specifically about the PG279Q's recessed VESA mount. I have tried before to mount a PG279Q on what claimed to be a 100x100 VESA mount but ended up not fitting in the recessed mounting "dock thingy". Does anyone own a PG279Q that also uses a dual mount and can confirm that the mount fits inside the recessed VESA mount of the PG279Q?
Thanks
It's a 100mm x 100mm but it's recessed, so I can't guarantee it will work with every 100mm x 100mm mount out there. Im currently using it with this arm, if that helps.
