There’s a much taller version. I’m tall and wanted a more ergonomic setup so I returned the one from OP’s link and got this
VIVO Dual Monitor Stand Up Desk Mount Extra Tall 39 inch Pole, Fully Adjustable Stand for up to 27 inch Screens, STAND-V012 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B3GUMM0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_0KBZN6NGA1Y4JC40V3NY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Edit: It’s also nice because you literally can just pull off the part that holds your monitors and then slide it onto the new mounting pole. Don’t have to go through remounting the monitors.
Can attest to the quality of the AmazonBasics mounts; they're supposedly manufactured by ErgoTron (well trusted name) and are extremely sturdy. A rare case where it would appear as if you're paying more for a mount from Amazon, but if you look at other mounts of similar quality (ie; ErgoTron :D) the savings is apparent.
An opinion; do you need a mount for the Dell or is the stand supplied with it sufficient? Or, would you be open to having one mount solely for the Dell and a dual mount for the 2x23"? If either of those sound like a possibility, you could take a look at some Standing Height Dual Mounts. Height is adjustable, more than stable enough for two 23", would allow for more overall customization and functionality from your setup.
I prefer to put the center of my Monitors at eye level, or a little higher. (Never lower) I've never heard of looking up hurting posture, but I've obviously heard and observed that looking down a lot does hurt posture.
Anyway, there are taller models. Just search Amazon or similar websites for Vesa Tall.

> correct posture while sitting anyway.
I have almost no sitting-posture advice, because I eliminated the problem of terrible sitting posture by (almost) never sitting.
> although I do have a 4K 43 in stored away I'm not bringing that to work lol.
I should probably do a write-up sometime about "investing in your workplace success." There are certainly many factors which might influence whether purchasing equipment is wise or unwise for any given individual.
For me a $500 monitor is less than 1% of my disposable income and I make really good use of 4k monitors. I also negotiated a few $1000 extra income when accepting my current job partially based on my previous employer buying nice equipment for work, and my desire to continue having nice equipment. I also wouldn't have spent that money if I didn't think I'd make that money back, either directly through raises, or indirectly through more efficient learning and good references (because of productivity).
Of course, equipment for health is in a difference category, something like (random example) a $350 keyboard (if it actually worked) that saves you from years of pain and medical bills, and potentially even the ability to work would easily be justifiable even at a $50k salary. Although it maybe wouldn't make sense for someone like me who hasn't shown any symptoms of RSI.
The mount holding the top monitor is the Vivo Extra Tall 39" Dual Monitor Stand and I manually removed one of the arms in case just incase I ever want to add an extra monitor to this setup at a later date.
I am using the VIVO Extra Tall 39 inches, for about a month now. Does need the load spread with a block of wood if using a softer ikea tops, but doing so keeps it sturdy.
Had to get some of these, only non custom fabricated way I could find to do it. Shipping costs to New Zealand were a bit nasty. Wouldn’t recommend for anything over 24” as you won’t be able to get the radius tight enough on the dual mount poles. https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Monitor-Adjustable-Screens-STAND-V012/dp/B01B3GUMM0/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=vivo+extra+tall&qid=1617219262&sr=8-5
I just realized the second link I gave you sent you to a different product. Updated and fixed to the one I have.
First link is for my ultrawide.
Maybe this one would work for your two monitors on top?
I believe this one might work. This one is from amazon canada. https://www.amazon.ca/VIVO-Monitor-Adjustable-Screens-STAND-V012/dp/B01B3GUMM0/ref=pd_gwm_cr_simh_0?pf_rd_p=7f1b2529-a596-4327-92d1-da5abadcf4a5&pf_rd_s=blackjack-experiment-1&pf_rd_t=Gateway&pf_rd_i=mobile&pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&a...
Somthing like this? It's a clamp, but I would assume you can just get a normal stand that you just put the pole into - can always switch back when you move. I have a dual monitor arm, and even with a clamp I still don't trust it entirely - I'd be very worried with a stand - way too easy to knock over.

it is one extra tall pole. I used the double mount for the bottom two monitors (27" for me) and the single mount at the top for a TV (30" something). I liked using a full sized arm for the top TV even though I did not need the full reach so I could hover the TV over the monitors with a fair amount of flexibility.
The mount holding the top monitor is the Vivo Extra Tall 39" Dual Monitor Stand and the mount holding the bottom one is the Ergotron HX

I actually haven't seen very many setups with the smaller monitor at the bottom but would be curious to see how it plays out!
I highly recommend it. Huge boost in productivity!

The 39 inch tall pole lets me raise my G9 5 inches and still have plenty of space above for more monitors. If you only have a single monitor, just bolt the 2nd arm to the wall so you aren't putting extra tension on the pole.
I originally planned to put the two 27" monitors above the 34" but changed my mind after ordering this 39" dual monitor arm: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B3GUMM0/
This is the triple monitor arm I had already setup: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075SRGSK1/

a combination of this and single arm vesa mount
I've been looking for something similar.
Originally I wanted to find 2 gas spring mounts (or one with 2 arms) that I could stack a 32 non-UW on top of my 34" UW. I never really came up with anything.
now I'm hoping to find a single vertical mount like this one but with arms offset vertically like this one
Haven't really come up with anything.
This is the mount i have

The vivo standing desk stand (got it in standing because of extra height). It's about $40 on Amazon.
