Bought. Its great for vertical cables from adjustable desks.
Vivo vertebrae cable management link:
It’s a vertebrae cable management kit. And it’s plastic, not metal, unfortunately. I got mine off a local shop, but here’s a link to a similar one I found on Amazon: Vivo Vertebrae Cable Management Kit
Great question. I have a vertebrae on each side of the desk for cables power on the left and pc on the right that adjust based on the height of the desk
The tower is on a small stand underneath About 3 inches off the floor.

I got a couple under-desk metal trays and a long heavy duty power strip mounted inside them.
As for the cord-to-wall solution, you're welcome:

I haven’t had any issues with mine coming apart. It came in three segments and they are pretty securely attached. This is the one I bought. Yeah, cable management is going to be a big pain. My work machine is a laptop but I've got my three monitors hooked up to both that and my personal desktop with a USB switcher hub to handle mouse/keyboard/headset between the two.
My current plan is to have the desktop on the floor because I have a very heavy case. If I can't get things looking respectable I might pick up one of these vaguely creepy cable managers.
a cable management rack fs. depending on what desk you buy you can usually get one included. If not included, signum racks by IKEA or alternatives. After that, you can get the usual stuff, cable clips, velcro straps, velcro strips, etc. If you really want to cable manage the one cord that is inevitably going to go down, you can get a cable spine like this, which keeps its shape like a raceway but is able to move up and down with your table. Personally, I don't think you need it unless you really want to keep things tidy.
If you want other accessories that are not for cable management you can look at the VIVO store or for cheaper alternatives. They have pc mounts, drawers, keyboard drawers. There's a lot of customization.
Hope that helps
The cables for the speakers and be zip tied to the stands, the mouse and keyboard don’t worry about it because if you can’t you can’t and for the cable for the desk this thing I found would look pretty cool, And for the what looks like a xlr inter face could go under the desk if you want to get rid of the wire going across the desk (DESK-AC01C) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0741MRCTN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ivTuFbMK8MNF5
I actually do have a power bar on the underside of the desk lol, the wires you see coming down are for the keyboard, monitor, etc.
I definitely agree with you about the single drop, that's something I'm going to do really soon.
I really like those braided sleaves, but I dont know how well it would work with the desk going up and down. I've been eyeing one of these: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0741MRCTN/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AX105E1SOBX1B
Here's the cable vertebrae. The wires tuck in easily and the base is nice and weighty, but the quality is a bit lacking and some zip ties were needed to connect the base after the connector snapped.
Wire baskets to hold the power bricks.

I mount everything to the bottom of the desk and route it to one side using the link below! I’m pretty tall and it still can go up to my height.

I simply hot glued small magnets that I bought at my local hardware store for $2.
I have the same problem right now and have just found this post on reddit.I think it's the best solution if you have a computer case down on the floor. Cable managment kit is linked in the comments or you can save some time and click here.

This link should work. Just delete everything after the ASIN - '/ref...'
It's from Vivo: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0741MRCTN
Helps keeps cables tidy while I transition from sitting to standing
Definitely that, also this.
I went with option 1. PC is in top of on IKEA Alex drawer unit next to the desk. Got a cable spine ( https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Vertebrae-Management-Adjustable-DESK-AC01C/dp/B0741MRCTN ) and a privacy screen ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D1HGXDG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) on the back of the desk for cable management.
Came separately, from Amazon. Really reasonably priced.

I think it’s this VIVO Vertebrae Cable Management Kit, Height Adjustable Desk Quad Entry Wire Organizer (DESK-AC01C) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0741MRCTN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_HLUJFbVJX1MFM
So I just got an Uplift L desk with the commercial legs. I got the "Free wire management" package which is a plexiglass tray thing and some cable ties. The tray is meh, so I didn't end up using it. I also purchased the "magnetic cable organizing tray" and... don't use it. It's very nice and perfectly matches the desk, but doesn't fully cover the wires and doesn't really make sense to me with legs that go up and down.
Instead I got 3 things:
I use is some heavy duty VELCRO to attach things like power strips to the under side of my desk. Otherwise everything else is attached either via the cable ties or in the cable trays. The trays being open aren't "Super duper clean", but they get the job done and keep wires off the ground.

Very nice. You may want to check out VIVO's vertebrae for wire management for standing desk.

If you need to drop cables down to the floor you may want to consider one of these: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0741MRCTN/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AX105E1SOBX1B&psc=1
I've been eyeing it for a little bit myself.
