I love the name. Obviously people already mentioned worms and substrate are being subpar.
Grow tent will work of any brand. 8x4x6 size will work well. I have used this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RXPHCSR
Mind you. Grow tent is usually a poor choice for monitor lizard for various reason. If monitor is unhappy there he will shred it to pieces. So at least reinforce walls with bamboo fences and put tons of dirt there, literally. And make it bioactive.
Ideally setup a grow tent and still build a large proper enclosure.
