ph probes and ph meters are probably the closest to what you are hoping for but most experience hobbyist's aren't to worried about constate ph monitoring. Especially not for multiple tanks. A few people will use them for controlling co2. Probes aren't cheap though because they are generally for lab use.
This though tests quickly but does need to be calibrated. Significantly cheaper than anything that will be able to do constant monitoring.

Yes, those gallon jugs are glass. I don’t really weigh the peppers and stuff, just eyeball it. I honestly just bought a $13 pH meter from Amazon and it’s been working well (amazon.com/dp/B01M5IASHD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_4R9HV7GGTQ38VKEZHYMR). That strawberry Serrano sounds delicious. This is my first time trying serranos so I’m excited to see how it turns out!

i always try to shop local hydro stores but sometimes the prices are insane so you gotta go w amazon
Amazon. They’re not expensive. I got one like this for a biology class years ago, and it still works fine. This one is $14 in the US.
Almost 3000 ratings and 4 stars. User error is the number one problem with pH meters. Anecdotes from inept stoners are meaningless.
