Take some inexpensive white vinyl and cut circles to cover the fan hubs.

Can confirm. Never could find a 3440x1440 in white with a decent refresh rate. That's how I ended up with a black one too. I tried a roll of vinyl skin but couldn't get it applied to the point that it looked "good" so I took it all off and ate the 15 bucks.
If you wanted to try your luck - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L9J9S4K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 is what I bought. Maybe you're more precise than I am. I just didn't have the patience for it. lol
You can get a 1x5ft vinyl sheet in a variety of colors for about $10 on Amazon. It'll have enough material to do front/rear doors plus the trim. If you're smart with the cut, you'll also have spare material for extras.

Vinyl feels great on my hand. It's not too smooth, not too grippy, and seems easy to clean. I need to practice applying it to get rid of the creases.
Idc if it will be permanent, the better. If you could please take a look at this one and tell me if it fits: VVIVID XPO White Carbon Fiber Car Wrap Vinyl Roll with Air Release Technology (1ft x 5ft) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00L9J9S4K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_VXgsAbKAC7CQB
I got you covered, browski. This the the Vinyl wrap I used.
Here's a great post on how to wrap your parts from OC dot net, and a bunch of youtube results for guides and how dos
Take your time, think about the orientation you cut the vinyl with, otherwise you'll cut a mirror image of the specific shape you wanted.
Have fun!
I just rolled the dice on Amazon and it was "fine." Better vinyl definitely exists out there, but it was acceptable enough quality to go ahead and use. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L9J9S4K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
