I don't think I've ever come across something like this. Your best bet is either getting separate monitor arms and mounting them to each side of the desk, or looking into wall mounted options.

Honestly, if you don’t mind wall-mounting a monitor arm, go with this option instead. It’s crazy nice for the price ($49) and has built in cable tunnels, and has a gas spring or whatever it’s called for easy adjustment.

This seems to be a decent option for what you're looking for. Supports up to 27" monitor, 14.3 lbs per arm. They even have a video displaying how the arms pivot and swivel.
