Unfortunately no. I tried that in my last setup. The arms on this mount don’t extend far enough to stack.
You could try this though, although I have never used it personally:
If you want to try two landscape screens stacked I recommend this. It should work with the screen you plan to use if it has the 4 screwholes on the back.
It's the same one as I use, except that I added another arm.
At the beginning I quickly got used to looking up at the monitor and now I've been using this setup for 3-4 years now and I love this monitor setup.
I used this one. Unless your desk is solid wood, you will need extra support for the clamp. I slide an extra piece of wood about 2" thick between the desk and the clamp.
I found a wali one for 60, about 1200 ratings. here WALI Premium Dual LCD Monitor Desk Mount Fully Adjustable Gas Spring Stand for Display up to 32 inch, 17.6 lbs Capacity (GSDM002), Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DM7N5BH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_qf1mDbP3P1TVD

This is a pic behind the monitors hope this is a better view.
This is the monitor arm I used it was on a list of top rated arms that hold their weight but are budget friendly.
I used this mount:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DM7N5BH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
But it wasn't tall enough so I also bought this extension (note that it wasn't a perfect fit, but it was threaded the same as the above mount tubing):

Amazing price, shame its almost $170 dollars here in the UK, else I would have ordered it tonight.
What size are those screens btw? 27"?
No, IMO I don't think that style will work with a stacked setup including a 34". The problem is that I don't think that either arm can raise the top monitor high enough since the arms are attached to the plate directly.
I found a different one that is similar to what I like. Basically you want a style where you have 2 arms connected to 1 pole:
https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Premium-Adjustable-Capacity-GSDM002/dp/B07DM7N5BH/
You could also consider this style with 1 pole and both monitors mount directly to the pole. Even though it is listed for 27" monitors, the reviews say that dual 34"s work fine.

Could either get an ultrawide or a pair of monitor arms like these
I think it depends on the configuration of monitors.
If you're doing 32 in monitors side by side in landscape - These sound like they might work.
The pole included in the linked mount also seems too short for all the extra arms you'll want and depending on the configuration, if you want the laptop below the two 32 inch monitors for example. They also have a weight capacity (this linked one is 17.6lbs), but it's not clear if that's a limitation of the mount hardware between the pole and the desktop, or the tolerances on the screws connecting the pole to the hardware, or the gas pistons on the arms. Possible solution for the short pole would be to buy this mount also and swap out the poles and put all three arms on the same pole, using the included arm for the laptop with one of these. The also sell just the arms by themselves.
I've ordered monitor mounts from Vivo, Wali and some other brands, and the poles seem to be the same diameter. If not, Amazon usually accepts returns without too much hassle.
1 32 inch monitor horizontal + 1 in vertical -
I prefer the articulated metal arms to gas spring ones as I never move the monitors once I mount them, and spring ones just move around more, but for 32 inch monitors side by side, there is no choice because the metal arms top out at 27 in monitors. If you go with one monitor in a vertical configuration, or one on top of the other, these will work.
If I was doing it, I would just buy the two mounts - 1 double and 1 single, and use the short pole to mount the laptop separately.
Thank you! It is the Wali Mount from Amazon
This one has worked well for me.
