No issues once adjusted and tightened properly. Using with CHG90
Looks good. Was there a manufacturer's name on the box?
edit: Nevermind :D Found it on Amazon - WALI Single Monitor Gas Spring Desk Mount Heavy Duty Aluminum Fully Adjustable Fit Screen up to 35 inch, 33 lbs
The monitor arm I use for my 49” was only $95, just need to look up the weight tolerances and mounting options and you’re good to go. No complaints whatsoever about this one from Wali
Viotek 34" ultrawide 1440p, highly recommend a ultrawide man not used to having this much screen real estate.
And thank you bro, adding stuff to my setup has become my new addiction
Here's the link for the mount.
You have to really crank the adjustments as tight as you can get them but it holds it with no problems including the tilting mechanism. I've had it mounted for about 24 hours and it hasn't moved.
Sorry, can't help with Ergotron parts. Do you have to extend the XL? Can you just get another monitor arm? This one on amz handles my 34" monitor with zero wobble.
I need to take pics and post my set up, just been lazy over labor day weekend. If I do I'll send a link. I was looking at the ergotron hx at first, I tried and returned a few, settled on this one with Vivo vesa adapter. It's been great, highly recommend.

My guy, the WALI arm on Amazon holds up my G9 just fine, no wobble at all. $70 and it is legit solid. Works well on my Uplift desk, no marring, no problem.
I don't know if they sell or deliver this one where you're at but I just got this for my C1 48 and it works great. it would easily handle the weight of the 42. I did also have to get a vesa adapter.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
How do you like the AVLT? I got the heavier duty version of it that was supposed to support up to 55 lbs for my C1 48. I think it was around $200. The one I got looked used and the set screws were missing plus it didn't hold even the 33 lbs. I got this one instead, just came in yesterday and it holds the weight with ease and can adjust easily. It also dropped in price too. Very pleased with it.

same manufacturer as the one that cost 3x as much. using it right now. it's incredibly well made, easy to set up and VERY functional.
also, monster light bars mount perfectly onto it :)
there's this wali monitor arm that I use on my 48" LG C1. I bought it last year around christmas for $85, so this is a decent discount at $68. I originally bought it as an alternative to the Egotron HX mount because it was out of stock and just kept it because its worked very well for my needs.
hey just a heads up the monitor arm I got is currently $68. I should mention that if you use this monitor arm, you have to tighten the tilt mechanism pretty tight which makes it so you cant use the tilt function. for big monitors its just set it once and forget about it. but other than that, everything else has worked fine for me. If its the same price for you, might be worth a shot since the reason I found out about this arm was people online recommending it for odyssey g9 and lg c1.
Yep! WALI monitor mount
I used the WALI Single Monitor Arm for nearly two years when I had my G9 and for a year before that when I had the CRG9. No issues, no dropping, nothing. Just make sure you tighten the gas spring so it doesn't actually drop it down and then tighten the tilt bolt as much as you can. I recommend a socket with a torx bit if you have one.
The Ergotron HX does work better with their heavy duty tilt add-on, but I couldn't justify spending $300+ on a monitor arm.
I use 3 of these since I have ultrawides, and there's not a big enough triple monitor stand on the market for them.

Just wanted to add that I didn’t need a $300 Mount for this monitor nor did I have any issues mounting it.

Got the same monitor mine is the 144hz model bought it in 2019, I would recommend for you to buy a desk mount for it here is the link to the 1 that I got WALI Single Monitor Gas Spring Desk Mount Heavy Duty Aluminum Fully Adjustable Fit Screen up to 35 inch, 33 lbs. These arms look like they're from WALI. I got dual monitor arms that look exactly like these. I'm not sure if these are the exact ones, but they look pretty close.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Have couple of these, they work great holding up 40" k's, i know the comments are full of g9 owners as I was looking at that screen when i bouight the arms
Very nice deal but I will point out that Best Buy offers an incredible 5 year warranty on TVs that does cover burn-in on these OLEDs. I have that warranty for this panel and don't worry about burn in at all because of it. There's also a lot of steps you can take to minimize burn in.
Obviously this panel does have an unbeatable viewing experience, but it is a TV and not a monitor, so it's a very slightly sub-optimal experience. If you're going to spend this much on a monitor, consider springing for the AORUS FO48U which actually is a monitor with appropriate software and ports.
One more thing to note for the C1: the stand that comes with this thing sucks big time, you can't pass cables under it. You don't have to splurge on an ergotron for it though, I use a WALI arm with a vesa adapter and it works fine and is much cheaper.
this one worked fine for my CRG9, had to tighten it a lot though. Extra strong arm does not hurt, makes it lasts longer I suppose.

I have no idea. There should be some amazon alternative, albeit without the usb ports. I was looking at this before the ulti: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_GDVZHJAW0P64FRF28PPE
I just bought a pc roller tray. As far as I know, the pco-11 is such a thick boy, no under desk mount can fit it.
It's such a thick boy, buy I can fit my Noctua D15 T_T
So I don't have specific experience with that monitor and arm specifically, but I do have an LG38GN850 and have used it with a couple different arms. The weight rating is important because it affects the ability of the arm to stay where you put it. If the monitor is to too heavy for the arm, it will sink down slowly until it hits the desk or the mechanical limits of the arm. Too light and the arm pushes the monitor up to the vertical limit, possibly making the viewing angle uncomfortable. The size ratting is a bit different. On a single arm mount, the size limit is usually set based your ability to put the arm in a portrait layout instead of landscape. On dual arm mounts, the limit is usually set by how far apart the arm mounts can be from each other.
I do find it a bit odd that HX doesn't work well with sub 20lb monitors, especially for an arm so expensive. Normally I would say try it and see how it works with lighter monitors, but clearly some people have had that exact issue already. I'd recommend taking a look at the Wali Monitor Arm and see what you think. I have the dual arm version and I've been very impressed. Super well made, heavy duty, and relatively inexpensive. Holds both my 38LG and a 24in Dell side monitor with ease.
Never figured it out exactly. Jacked with settings for several weeks before sending it back. Not sure if it was coming from 4k or what but serious eye fatigue was an issue for me after only a few minutes. Gaming was fine it was looking at font/web pages that was causing all the strain and soreness.
I used the following mount with it and my current AOC AGON 49" https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I used this monitor arm for the past year on a 38" LG 38GL950G, and definitely experienced minor wobbling although the arm was rock solid. Depending on the stability of your desk, you probably are always going to experience a little wobbling no matter what the mount. Just this week I decided to upgrade to the ergotron HX wall mount to completely separate my monitor from the desk, and it's been like night and day.

You don't need the Ergotron HX monitor arm, the heavy duty WALI arm from Amazon will hold a G9 for a quarter of the price. The one I bought has been holding my G9 for over six months without an issues.
I have that exact monitor and use this one. I've had it for 4 months and it's held it up great. It's not on Amazon anymore but maybe another site sells it. Or at the least the measurements in description may help.

Theres a small but noticable amount of wobble with it extended all the way out, but if you look closely, I actually have it propped up ever so slightly with my Anker wireless phone charger. The wobble is essentially gone with this small amount of support!

For the monitor I picked up Amazon.com : WALI Single Monitor Gas Spring Desk Mount Heavy Duty Aluminum Fully Adjustable Fit Screen up to 35 inch, 33 lbs, VESA 75 and 100 (GSM001XL), Black : Office Products I had to tighten the monitor tilt adjustment almost to the max to avoid sagging, and the one at the arm joint is pretty close to the max...so far so good. The one the camera is on is just a vivo dual mount I adapted to hold a tripod head.

Edit: CRG9 about 26 pounds of monitor
Think I found it, model number is GSM001XL and reviews saw it works well, wish I knew about this one earlier! Would have save a decent amount of money on an arm.

I researched a lot and found that this arm is one of the only ones that will work. It is super heavy duty and once you lock it down it doesnt budge. Definitely recommend.

someone who purchased G9 posted a pic on his review with it! I’ll have to look at the ergoton, can you link where they announced a G9 specific mount?
That one in particular would not work no. It would not fit but yeah likely slouch. It needs to be a Vesa mount that can hold at least 26 pounds. I am starting to think I'll do what I done before and this mount will be up for the task..https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Monitor-Adjustable-Capacity-GSM001XL/dp/B07NLMLLT6/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=49%2Binch%2Bvesa%2Bmount&qid=1604954164&sr=8-4&th=1
Sorry didn't see this post till now. I just used the screws from the stand that comes with the monitor. I'll post a picture when I get off work.
Also side note concerning curved ultrawide monitors and monitor arms: the extra width and curve of the monitor spreads out the center of gravity away from where the mount is, thus requiring more force to hold it up. I recommend getting one that is rated at least a few pounds over the weight of the monitor to accommodate. Cause the last thing you want is the arm to fail and your monitor to fall.
This is the one I have
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I also have a 3440x1440 LG monitor. Of course you're going to have less performance with the larger 32:9 resolution. How much really depends on the game. I'd say expect a...15-20% reduction in FPS? I'd take a look at 4K benchmarks of the games you play and calculate ~10-15% more frames over 4K.
As for movies, yes, you'll have black bars on the sides or a very stretched video.
As for mounts, the Odyssey G9 weighs about 32lbs. without the stand. This is the stand I personally plan on getting for mine. Any should work that supports the weight though.
I'm using the WALI heavy duty monitor arm for my G9. It can hold the weight of the G9 with no problems with no modifications needed.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_fsWqFb3JJ9QZW
I use this arm for my AOC Agon 49 inch and holds up fine. Just check your monitor's weight without the stand. If its under 33lbs it shold be fine, just becareful when installing.
Just finished install and cabling. Very happy. Still long way to cleanup the mess :P My setup was 1080p + LG34 + Dell but with the new odyssey g9, it's getting too wide, and maybe i will rearrange them.
The monitor arm is from amazon The pole in the picture is not used right now. It is the old arm for LG.
About the monitor arm for g9, I give 4stars. It's very good (rated for 33lb) but the sagging was insane. I had to tighten the joint almost breaking the L wrench. Still it is maybe one degree lower than i like but i am not touching that again :P
Overall super happy with the G9. I do not have a gaming PC so no gaming test until I get 3080 or 3090.
It is an off brand heavy duty arm from Amazon. I'm waiting on a custom standing desk and then I will switch to an Ergotron arm. It was hard finding an arm to support such a huge monitor.
Its a Wali arm from Amazon. So far I haven't had any issues with it. I do move the monitor around a lot too.
I have a CRG9 and I assume the G9 has similar weight specs. The only mount that worked for me and didn't sag / bow down is this WALI mount from Amazon. No issues with it at all.
I built a frame out of 2x4's and attached this heavy duty mount I found on Amazon. The mount is great, strong once you get it dialed in and tightened down. As for the rig it isn't complete still doing some adjustments, but will post once finished.
This is the one I’m currently using for my 49” LG UltraWide, works pretty well.

I had the crg9 and g9 and this monitor arm worked great for both!
Crg9 monitor with a WALI XL gas spring arm. The arm is not meant for the 34 lbs of the beast of a monitor but it holds up perfectly fine with no wobbles.

I am using the same arm as u/zomgitzkyle.
I have been using this one with my CRG9 and have zero complaints.
Thank you!
For the 49 inch, I used the WALI Single Monitor Gas Spring Desk Mount Heavy Duty Aluminum Fully Adjustable Fit Screen up to 35 inch, 33 lbs. VESA 75 and 100 (GSM001XL), Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_dL4.Eb7PTS333
*it says 35 inch, but it can fit the 49 if it meets the weight requirements. I'd only get this if you don't plan on moving the monitor much though. There are better ones out there, but just more expensive.
For the top two 27 inch monitors, I used VIVO Dual Monitor Stand Up Desk Mount Extra Tall 39 inch Pole | Fully Adjustable Stand for up to 27 inch Screens (STAND-V012) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B3GUMM0/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_UL4.EbYAQ0B4M
Based on what? The screen is obviously incredibly light. 32 pounds. Any arm that can support 32 pounds and a 300 mm x 200 mm VESA pattern is going to work.
Example: https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Monitor-Adjustable-Capacity-GSM001XL/dp/B07NLMLLT6/

I got both arms on Amazon. The one holding up the 49" is this one and the one holding up the other monitor is right hurrr. I'm in a basement with a low ceiling so I actually had to cut the taller arm by a few inches to prevent poking a hole in the ceiling when I put the desk in standing mode.
Looks similar to mine from the image.

I switched from a multiple monitor arm to 4 single arms. Way more flexibility and the cost was only slightly more than a good quality multi-arm.
I now own 3x WALI Heavy Duty (3x Samsung 34 wide screen monitors) and 1x MountUp that I use for a laptop stand. I tried and returned 2 different ergotron models, and 1 amazon basics model.
Ended up giving this one a try after reading a bunch of reviews, figure if it was bad I would just break down and buy the Ergotron HX.
https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Monitor-Adjustable-Capacity-GSM001XL/dp/B07NLMLLT6
If your monitors are under 26" or so and under about 14#'s, you have a lot of options. I have 2 34 in. monitors and this is the best mounting arm I've tried so far - WALI Heavy Duty. I've tried and returned 4 others, including Ergotron, Amazon Basics, Huano, Vivo.
This MountUp version I kept and use it with a laptop stand. It just wasn't stable enough for the wide monitor, but is fine for my laptop (and probably would be fine with a regular sized monitor).

I tried the heavy duty AVLT on my C1 48 and it looked like it was used, the vesa plate was bent and missing set screws plus it didn't support the weight and only came in white. So I returned searched more and got this arm, right now it's even $20 off for $79 and these vesa brackets. Looked to be better quality too but minus the USB and audio jacks in the base, which I didn't really want or need. Have used it for 2 weeks now, works great. Can angle, raise and lower 33 lbs with ease. Best value to price, I'd even be willing to pay more but why?

Got this arm and vesa adapter for my C1 48. Highly recommend, fully adjustable and it will easily hold your 42. I was going to go Ergotron HX but it doesn't raise up as high as this one.

My first OLED too, that's why I want the 77" now. I guess if the C1's are sold out I can hold out and wait until this time next year. Give me time to finish the HT room in the basement where it's going.
You may be totally happy with the tv stand it came with but if you're looking for an arm I got this last week and it holds the weight great and fully adjustable. You can also tilt it to get rid of reflection glare. You'll need vesa adapter too. Both links below

In the review section, there are people who use it with the LG C1. I'm having it right now but not with the C1.
This ones claims to hold 33lbs: https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Monitor-Adjustable-Capacity-GSM001XL/dp/B07NLMLLT6/
I have this one on the bottom:

And this one for the top:

Never had any issues with drooping or not holding the weight of the monitors. You do have to tighten everything as tight as it'll possibly go.
I got the WALI mount, not the Ergotron HX everyone recommends. Reason being I ordered before finding out about the Ergotron and kept it because Neo is lighter than the G9 and the arm is more than capable of holding it.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
if you're planning to get a monitor arm I would recommend this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. cheapest one but still has a good quality.
I use this for my primary monitor, recently got this for the 16:9 monitors on the left about a month ago and this got in a few days ago. The double arm one is good for the price but shakey, and the one of the top was cheap and tall which is all I needed. I couldve spent more on something more adjustable but I dont want to end up spending anohter $100 on a monitor arm again.
Similar to the one I'm using for my AOC Agon 49". Scored one on Warehouse for $52.11 total. Cheapest now is $82.82+ tax. Might as well clip the coupon and get it new for $89.99. LOL https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6
Can you post the link for the Amazon brand? I found an off=brand mount and it can't/barely support the weight of the monitor. Thank you!
I'm sure the expensive ones are great, but I got this fairly cheap one here and it's perfectly fine - no complaints:

For my other desk I'm using this one (wall mounted) and it's also totally fine:

I use the Walli brand mounts for all of my monitors. For my money they are fairly priced and have been wonderful. As for specific models,

It’s been really solid. The feet of my desk actually hit the wall before the monitor arm does!
Here is a picture of the back https://i.imgur.com/J4fYWGP.jpg
Just a note to add. I have a piece of 2x6 drilled into the back of my desk that gives the monitor arm that extra height to be able sit above the bottom monitor.

You can try a thicker piece of wood if you would like it higher but you may not be able to do much more since it has the plate that is used to clamp onto the desk which is maybe 3 inches wide.

Without any added height with a piece of wood, this is not possible with just the arm on your desk with no extra height given by the piece of wood.
Lurking through the sub since I just bought a G9. I ordered this one on Amazon, lots of people say it works great for it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_H54Y5GM8DEPM7C8WYPG1

If you actually want build advice for an ultimate PC setup in which money is no object, I'd go this route.
First, you need a main monitor. Right now, the king in my opinion is the PG32UQX. It's a 4K, 144Hz refresh rate, 1ms GTG response time gaming monitor, with VRR of course, but it has two key things that make it the king of monitors. #1: It's MiniLED, which is basically as close to OLED as you can get right now without being OLED, and MiniLED has zero risk of burn in. #2: It's VESA DisplayHDR 1400 Certified. Most competitors to this monitor will have the 4K 144Hz with VRR, but they usually won't be MiniLED, and they almost certainly won't be HDR 1400 certified. The new 2021 M1 MacBook Pros use MiniLED displays that can go up to 1600 peak nits brightness, and let me tell you from experience, MiniLED with that caliber of HDR quality is superior to OLED in my opinion.
For your side monitors, you could run more 4K monitors, but you don't really need to. These can 1440p 144Hz monitors and you won't be disappointed, and your graphic's card might thank you. Of course, if you're big ballin, might as well go all out. You do you!
You should mount all of those monitors, and you should probably have 3 total. From personal experience, this one holds even the heaviest monitors, including my curved 38" ultrawide.
For the tower, here's what you want.
Then you need your peripherals.

This is the one. I was going to get the Ergotron HX but read some reviews about it pushing the monitor forward about 7". So I saw a user on this subreddit recommend this arm. So I am giving it a try. It is at its weight limit but so far so good.

Yes that is a JDS Labs Element II with a S.M.S.L AO200.
I just wanted to demonstrate the concept of a side-by-side, two person battlestation that can be converted into a single person dual monitor setup, made possible by these fabulous $90 monitor arms.
Big screen is an LG C1 48" 4K OLED. Smaller screen is some Dell 32" 1440p 60hz VA panel.
It's two mounts.
The big screen is on this - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - using the grommet installation.
The smaller screen is mounted on the wall with this - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08B1QK2GJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And thanks!

Hey man, I made a post about this a while ago, which I'll copy here:
Hey, just a heads up that you can use a much cheaper arm than the HX, and it still works. I recently purchased an LG CX 48 and was faced with the decision of which arm to buy.. After doing extensive research and learning about the price and availability of the Ergotron HX, I decided to test my luck with a WALI arm I found on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) combined with this VIVO VESA adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MG8DCTL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The display without the stand reportedly weighs 32.8 lbs, and the arm is rated for 33 lbs. Unfortunately, the VESA adapter, despite being the lightest I could find, adds 0.9 lbs of weight, bringing the total weight 33.7 lbs, which is 0.7 lbs heavier than the rated 33 lbs of the arm.
I am happy to report that everything works flawlessly. The monitor is mounted on the arm with the adapter and I'm able to move it up, down, side to side, tilt, rotate, etc. with very little effort. I had to tighten the tensioning screw a decent amount, but never felt like I was getting close to a limit or anything like that. I suspect there's a fair bit of tolerance at play here, both on the part of the arm's rating and on the part of the monitor's reported weight.
Anyway, I would highly recommend this combination as it's much cheaper than the Ergotron HX, it works flawlessly, and it's easily available on Amazon.
Cheers

First of all, the display is absolutely amazing. One of the best purchases I've ever made. I did a lot of research before committing, and it's blown me away. All of my doubts about it being too big have completely disappeared - it's perfect.
I wanted to share some information about how I mounted the display to my desk. The prevailing wisdom in this sub seems to be that the Ergotron HX is the only viable option unless you want to pay $500+ for the Humanscale M10.

I've been using this with my 49" AOC AG493UCX for the past 10 months. I use it on a standing desk, and have had zero issues with it.
When properly tightened, there's zero sagging, shaking, etc. Adjustments are easy and the arm holds the monitor in place once in position.
Best of all, it's $99 and really easy to install.

damn mine is the G9 and doesn't look like this weighted for it :(.
Having the hardest time finding a desk mount. I have WALI (33lbs) and the tilt always sags down. The only one I found a the Ergotron HX Heavy-Duty + Tilt + C Clap ~$450. Seems pretty damn steep for a monitor mount :(.

My Setup
I would have loved to use the built in KVM properly, but server rack is located such that I need about 20 feet of cable to get to my desk. This length caused mouse stuttering when using USB-C for data and DP for video. I tried a bunch of different things, but ultimately had to switch to using a quality USB 3.0 cable - hence the switch.
The final experience is that my peripherals will switch independently from the display output. But, since the video signal for both is over DP, I can enjoy full resolution. The switch also turned out to be quite handy for using PBP mode, though you could also use a program like Synergy.
Overall
Don't let my gripes fool you. I absolutely love this monitor.

This one. No sag or anything, easy to adjust
Here you go. Price went up since I got it, but still cheaper.

Golly those are expensive. How much does it weigh?
My AGON 49" is supported easily with
Hello, I’m not OP but I got the same monitor and recommend using this arm here. It’s sturdy and it holds up extremely well. My desk is the ikea Linnmon.

It is pretty expensive but well worth it. This thing doesnt budge once you tighten it up.

I found links in your comment that were not hyperlinked:

I don't see this one recommended much, but this works for my G9: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6/ref=dp_iou_view_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 However, you pretty much have to tight the tilt screw all the way, meaning there is no tilt adjustment but this works for my specific use case. Aside from that all other adjustments work no problem.
Here is my standing desk setup with a 49" SUW
I am using this mount from WALI
No issues with sag, is incredibly steading during sit/stand transition. Worth the price imo
(Ignore the bit of a mess I have going on)
This one. Monitor stand: link. Updated my comment above too.
You have to tighten it down, but she holds pretty well.
It is a heavy duty arm, and supports the weight (32 lbs) without issue, although I did have to tighten the tilt bolt pretty tight. I have an electric standing desk and the arm doesn't even wobble when moving the desk up/down. I have the monitor at different relative heights between sitting/standing, and it is a nice smooth motion to move it up or down. 10/10 would recommend.
I also own this arm, but found I preferred the pictured one better because it had a wider height range without having to adjust the pole.
It's a heavy duty monitor arm: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I'm using this with the G9 right now. The only thing you have to consider is that when you're adjusting the tilt, you will need to compensate a little for the weight of the monitor. So basically have the tilt slightly upward so when you put the monitor on it, the resulting sag will let the monitor become perfectly level.
I did! Here they are:
Primary Monitor Mount - WALI Gas Spring Mount (Single arm)
Vertical Monitor Mount - VIVO Single mount (17" standard pole)
It works really well too! Primary Monitor Mount - WALI Gas Spring Mount (Single arm)
Primary Monitor Mount - WALI Gas Spring Mount (Single arm)
I am using the Walli Single Mount on my AOC 49" monitor and can confirm it works well.
I use the WALI Single Mount for my Dell 49" and have had 0 issues with it. Easy to assemble, no slop in it. Nice adjustment ranges as well.
Currently using this on my AOC Agon 49 - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/
You have to tighten the tilt joint (the joint where the VESA mount connects to the arm) VERY tightly to avoid drooping (and you'll need someone holding the monitor steadily in place while you do this), but once that was secured, I'm able to very easily swivel, pivot, adjust height/depth. Super easy to assemble and mount onto my desk, and have had zero issues with it.
and this mount i have it and works great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
i Have this with the lg 38gn950 and works great https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is the arm I have and its really good and holds it like noting. I have the LG 38gn950 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 its 100 bucks but you can be sure ill hold it as it have 2 screws insted of one that holds it under desk
Don’t know about those, but have this one. It can handle the CRG9 super ultra wide. Very sturdy.

Not at all!
The 49” ultra wide is on this one:

I didn’t need anything too expensive for this one since it was sitting low to the desk, just needed the high weight capacity.
The 32” Asus up high is on this:
Ergotron – LX HD Sit-Stand Desk... https:// www.amazon.com/dp/B00GN4DCR0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I bought the Ergotron because it was the only one that gave me the confidence I needed to put a 30lb monitor that far in the air.
Having now set both of these up, it is obvious why the Ergotron costs 3x as much. The build quality is far superior. The Wali does what I need it to but I almost crushed by thumb trying to adjust it so close to its weight limit.
Thought I'd update. I have my 49" monitor here. Ended up putting it on this mount:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLMLLT6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's strong enough to hold up a monitor this big, and gives flexibility in terms of where to attach it to your desk.
I'm going to end up using 2, 25" ultrawide monitors (LG 25UM58-P) above the 49", using this mount:
Just received this today, but can't speak to its abilities as I'm still waiting on my monitor (AOC AGON 49). It claims to support 33 lbs, and I purchased it after seeing it featured in a review holding the same AOC monitor.
See second image in this article for reference: https://monitorarms.co/best-monitor-arms-for-ultrawide
Thank you! It's a WALI mount from Amazon
Thank you! It's actually the Rama U80-A, I'm really digging it so far. The mount arm is this WALI one from Amazon :)
If you aren't looking for the Ergotron HX (which is the "best"), check out the Wali from amazon. Its currently holding up my CRG9 with no issues, and comes in at 100.
https://www.amazon.com/WALI-Monitor-Adjustable-Capacity-GSM001XL/dp/B07NLMLLT6
i meant, if i remember right, i had the whole desk assembled completely and then i added the support beam (it's 2 pieces that slide into each other and then you have these tiny screws you put through one pipe and it just holds into the other piece). So i could just take it off right now if i wanted without distrubing anything else.
i got the 'wali' tall mount to hold the two 27" monitors and wali for the 49". It doesn't say it supports 49 but someone else reviewed that it worked well enough for trhem and i'm happy with it. I just found them searching through amazon and was happy enough with the reviews to try it and i'm really happy with it. I'm trusting it with my $1500 monitor so i need to be ha.

This one can support up to 33 pounds.
And this one can hold two 33 pound monitors.
For the 49 inch, I used the WALI Single Monitor Gas Spring Desk Mount Heavy Duty Aluminum Fully Adjustable Fit Screen up to 35 inch, 33 lbs. VESA 75 and 100 (GSM001XL), Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NLMLLT6/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_dL4.Eb7PTS333

I have not tested this personally on the g9 but the WALI single monitor mount supports 33 lb monitors (or 14.96 kgs) and since the g9 weighs 31.1 lbs (14.1 kgs) it would technically work.
Edit: oh sorry I did not realize your monitor is 49" (124.46 cm), the monitor supports up to 35" (88.9 cm) but hey you never know lol
I bought this long time ago because I needed a cheap stand for an old 3rd monitor I wanted to use . Definitely pretty crappy if you’re looking for good quality. And is definitely not gas . Would definitely not recommend for monitors bigger than 28”. I recommend this brand . Good quality for the price
